Great music from a great game thanks a bunch!

Grab this while you can, ladies and gentlemen. The new solo update has replaced this music with remixed versions (which I personally feel are not as good). They could have let us choose between the original and remixed, but instead we get a 'retro' set and the remixed tracks. The only way to hear the music from the first release is to download this and create a custom playlist (which is thankfully still a possibility).

Thank you very much indeed for your hard work. It means more now in light of their arrogant post-release alterations.

As far as I can tell, the only track that has been remixed is the first planet, Lave.
Can anyone confirm which others have been remixed?

Thanks new to this site but damn those rips are nice quality and this soundtrack is so good the two last tracks and the remix of the lave planet is just awesome.

I guess it helps more that i like electronical music but damn man the orchestral used in Planet Teranis theme is just to good to past away i am really suprised how good this soundtrack is so manu thx for the great music :)

Great job! I take that this soundtrack is rather rare, though the Remix/Retro pack definitely needs to be re-uploaded. The music is just too awesome. You got to have all.

This is great stuff. A well blended mix of orchestral synth with heavy, driving techno rhythm. I've been looking for music like this. Electro/techno with a more progressive nature and a rich, full sound.

Now I need to hunt down the artist info. It sounds familiar to some other stuff I've heard. I also need to actually play the new version of this game.

I'm not sure if this was the result of an update or whatnot, but I've recently played through SSHD while listening to the retro soundtrack, and I've noticed that this soundtrack actually has five different boss themes, each from the original Super Stardust.

I understand that one of the boss themes has already been uploaded as part of the retro soundtrack in this topic (it's used for the Coventina boss). If it's not asking too much, could someone please upload the other four boss themes? It'd be most appreciated.

Other than that, it's an awesome soundtrack indeed.

Also, just in case, if you didn't know, common mistakes to the soundtrack's listing is that there is a retro version of the game over that is different from the other one. And there are five retro boss themes, one for each planet. In total, there should be 29 songs, not including the menu theme.

Hi the orchestral is absolutely awesome :) but i must say i didn't really like the Retro soundtrack.

I've got this. It has "normal" and Retro versions of every theme except the credits and PS3 menu. Lave also has a third version: Remix.
