I believe that the Ruby Weapon is the Strongest because he took me 8 months to kill.

It depends. If you know the right strategy you can beat them both easily. But you usually have to beat emerald before you can beat ruby, so il say ruby.

You forgot Diamond WEAPON in your poll! He may not be the strongest, but IMO he looks the coolest! Take THAT Rufus!

emerald is the hardest intill I know how to beat it in 6 min then none will be hard

Ruby Weapon was quite a challenge for me to defeat.

It boils down to the two super weapons, Emerald and Ruby.

Emerald Weapon has a time limit, but can be defeated within that time limit. It has a super attack that COULD instantly kill you unless you know what you're doing. You could be relying on luck on defeating it, but the prize is worthwhile.

Ruby is easier if you fight and defeat Emerald before it, because of the prize you win. (Master Magic, Master Summon, Master Command materia.) Equip Cloud with that and have a lot of Megalixirs and you can defeat it again with the right tactics.

I'd say Ruby. If I tried to fight Ruby without first defeating Emerald, I'd fail. So I fight Emerald first to get the Master materia to defeat Ruby.

*Spoilers ahead*

Ruby isn't the strongest weapon, the main problem is before the battle begins he disposes of 2 of ur party members, to make this fight easier go into battle with some weak monsters, next kill 2 characters (make sure the one in the middle survives). Now goto
Ruby Weapon and fight him, he'll use his whirlpool (or whatever that skill is called) but since ur characters r dead he can't remove them. When the battle begins revive them and then it is a fairly simple battle (it took me 30 minutes to get him).

I believe that Ultima Weapon is the weakest yet cool looking weapon. After u've dealt some damage he just leaves but doesn't get his HP back so just challenge him a few times and he'll die.

Emerald Weapon isn't hard when u have a 2star Final attack linked to a 2star Phoenix. Make sure u don't have more than 8 materia's in ur whole fighting party. If u want to get rid of the time limit go to the lift just before the underwater reactor of Junon. Now walk a bit around and eventually u'll fight an enemy which is called Ghost Ship (I think). Now make sure u have a sense and a moprh materia with u, when he's low on HP's morph him and u'll get a Guide Book take this to the travellers house in calm and u'll recieve a underwater materia which eliminates the time limit against Emerald.

Ruby Weapon is the strongest cause of those 2 things at the back that bloody stop you from escaping, then he kicks yer ass.

I thought Ruby Weapon was harder than Emerald Weapon, with or without the time limit.

I'd say Ruby weapon is the toughest weapon, Im still trying to defeat it. Bah.


But I had fun fighting Ultima weapon, mainly because of the fact I could ram the Highwind up his @$$ numorous times :D

I'd go Emerald. Ruby can be one of the easiest fights in the game if you know what you're doing. I beat it in 25 minutes on my first real try (I died before because I was screwing around - I knew I could win with my best summon being [lv.4]Neo Bahamut).

It was hilarious because I put only [M]Mime on Cid and Red XIII, and on Cloud I put [M]Hades, [M]KOR, [lv.1]W-Summon. Then, I filled the rest of the slots with green materia. In the end I had one of each Green Materia equipped (and they all had ZERO AP)! W-Summon Hades/KOR, Mime a coupla times = no damage for me, victory, and Mastering Every single piece of Green Materia in the Game starting from 0 AP on each (except Heal becuase it needed 1000 more)!

I laughed so hard when it went through the "...was born" list for like five minutes. HAHAHAHA!!
