I ripped some of the tracks from this game a long time ago, so the quality isn't the absolute best, but it is still pretty good. It has some great songs, and it's really hard to find them. (may be impossible, until now)

I'm not 100% sure if Jeremy Soule is the composer of these tracks, but I know he did do some of the songs in EQOA.

Hey Ashen7! I really loved this game since I logged in the very first time...Unfortunately the european servers were shut down some time ago... :(
Of course the soundtrack is one of the best I�ve ever heard or proabably ever will hear and I appreciate your upload (i was looking for tracks for some time now..) :).

Would you be so kind to rip some other tracks from the dvd? The citiy themes of halas, faypsires etc. would be SO great. A friend of mine and me would be very very grateful...

These tracks were actually done by Paul Romero and Rob King. They were originally released for the Everquest - Planes of Power expansion on PC.

what programs can convert the .bgm files? i have the orginal eqoa and the expansion that im trying to rip

i used something called MFaudio (google it), but it's tricky to figure out the settings at first,i did not rip the original EQAO, but the Frontiers expansion, when i did i had to change some settings around, i had to set the frequency at 44100, and also had to change the interleave setting to 10000, hope that helps.

Notreal, I could kiss you! Been missing these tracks for ages. Anyone got a "cleaner" version of the Halas theme (my favourite) cause the audio pops and frizzes a bit in Notreals rip, the only song in the entire rip that seems to do it =(

Great rip file thanks SO MUCH. Did you forget the Qeynos town theme? I know it says Qeynos but that's the character selection, I was looking for the music that plays in the town? Maybe I'm just missing it.

Thank you so much. I just came back to the game a couple of days ago and I'm having a blast. So I set myself to look for the game music. Thanks a lot for ripping it. There's some great tracks in here. Fayspires absolutely rules.

BTW, yes, the game is still going in 2011. Everyone is in Castle Lightwolf atm due to the population migrating. Diren's Hold is sadly empty. But there's a good amount of people in CLW. If anyone wants to join me you can mail me in-game. Characters are Grobles and Aldarion. It's definitely refreshing to come back after so many years, so if you have been thinking of returning you won't regret it. See you soon in-game :)

@fedex1: it appears I misspoke. Went through all my archives, and it appears that what I have stored here are the scores for Champions of Norrath (by Inon Zur) and EverQuest Next: Landmark (by Jeremy Soule).

My apologies! I am convinced that it's Champions of Norrath that threw me off, as like EQ Online Adventures, it was also a console-based game.
