[edit] can confirm that the quality on this is a decent 192kbps and its a pretty awesome GST , not as good as the first 2 katamari games but still awesome.

Very good quality! I was actually kind of surprised at the lack of static. I guess it has to do with the nice heavy cables on a 360 compared to stuff I rip from PS2 =P

The link still works. Try deleting the zip from your computer and then rename it once you download it again. This used to happen to me a lot when I downloaded from the main part of Galbadia. Renaming is key, otherwise it still thinks it's the same file for some reason even if you deleted it.
