Does anyone know how to add the fading effect to ripped music files? In particular WAV and MP3 files? It makes the files flow much more smoothly and sound more professional, in my opinion.

It's pretty easy, actually. Load up the song you wanted to add the fade in/fade out effect to. Once it's loaded, use your mouse and drag a selection around the part of the song that you want to fade out. Then, go to the "effect" menu, and select "fade out". Nothing else to it. You may also want to add a 0 volume period of a few seconds to the very end of the song to give it a "cooling off" feel before the next song, but that's a matter of personal preference.

Yes, it was easy. Thanks for the advice. The tracks sound much smoother now.
