Ever heard of the Cave of Chance?? A friend of mine mentioned it once but I never found it so what is it??

Is that the place with the sleeping guy who tells you your party's stats. I dont usually pay attention to real place names, up until recently i thought Rocket Town was just a vague description.:rolleyes:
