Hajimemashite, boku wa Catmaster desu!!

My cousins and I decided one fine summers afternoon to start a golden sun soundtrack, this is a fanmade soundtrack Since golden sun never released a soundtrack for the game, inside you will hear some familiar melodies.
(NOT OFFICIAL SOUNDTRACK, NOT GAME RIPS, FANMADE SOUNDTRACK!!!)

All credit goes to Motoi Sakaruba for designing the ORIGINAL songs. Yoko shimomura and Nobuo Uematsu inspired us too;
these songs are remixes.....and there are also 2 special remixes (i.e. Kingdom Hearts/ final fantasy Golden sun remixed songs) and some songs from piano duets (yes....I play piano)

It seems like Motoi Sakuraba forgot about Golden Sun. I've seen lots of Star Ocean etc remixes, Tales of remixes, or arranges, but never anything Golden Sun. Its sad since it was such a lovely game...

I was wondering if someone could upload one track as a sample for me (and perhaps other people who are considering downloading this but need a general idea of what the sound is like). Any of the town themes should be fine. =D

this album is really great, the midi is very well done. the only gripe i have is the drums in most tracks are rather weak, you guys should add a little reverb to the drums next time.
the battle song should have used a more techno feel too. or rather you should have used like a harpischord or something along the lines of that

Just throwing it out there, but a volume 2 would be greatly appreciated; these tunes are really awesome.

I've had this ever since I saw about it on golden sun realm. Its great cause its not the original tracks its them remixed. Most of them are awesome but there are one or too I dont like, apart from that great job. I'd love if you did a second one.

I really enjoyed this, and if there is a volume 2, I'll definitely be wanting to get that.

You know he did do a Battle Medley remix on Super Smash Bros. Brawl... R-12 I think was the track. Pretty good...if you haven't heard it yet.

It's incredibly MIDI, but it's just so wonderful to see this amazing soundtrack getting some love. Well done, to you and your cousins, for this amazing demonstration of stamina and fandom!

I think I'll have the SSO (Springberry Symphony Orchestra, a 100-piece ensemble I have the great pleasure of conducting) play an arrangement of the main theme, if you'd like to use it. Just a thought. Thanks again, nice soundtrack!

Oh yea, calm wind should be called a 'resynth' not 'reorchestration'...sorry I didn't know the differences between the two until recently.

FEAR NOT GOLDEN SUN NDS is in the makes [sorry i know this is old new]....I will cast ultima, death, holy, meteor master, flare, quake or even summon Sephiroth at Nintendo's Camelot if they keep the same music...I hope they either make new music or remix or resynth the old songs otherwise it is a sin that cannot let by unpunished!!
