Anyone remember this movie? I can't remember what made me think of it, but I know I watched this quite a bit as a kid and really enjoyed it. Probably because I was/am a chunky monkey.

There's some pretty intense issues in this movie, considering its a kid's film (from what I remember). At any rate, I'm looking forward to watching this again to see if I still enjoy it as I once did.

On a side note, I'm always surprised at how young the actors in a movie look after I look at scenes/the movie again after 10 years. They seemed so grown up when I watched it.

I don't think I ever saw the movie, which is weird because I do own the soundtrack, obviously because Green Day's J.A.R. is on it. Nice little bit of Ash as well (Jack Names the Planets).

I have always wanted to see this movie because I love that J.A.R song too and I have heard it is good. I must get around to seeing it somehow.

anything with Kathy Bates has gotta be good

I used to like this film a lot and as a fellow fat fuck a lot of the things that had to do with that aspect of his character hit home for me in ways too
