First off - THANK YOU!! I cannot say this enough. I drifted out of the wrock community shortly after The Whomping Willow's Demons at the Helm album, and this has helped me get caught up a lot.

The only question I have is whether or not there is another source to download from? FileFactory has terribly long waiting periods. Do you use Mediafire or Megaupload?

I have a pretty extensive wrock collection that I'd be happy to upload, but it's probably all here somewhere. XD

EDIT: I do have one question, which volume of The Remus Lupins is The Rest is Silence in?

Generic Fighter:

Mediafire (http://www.mediafire.com/) is a perfect host to go with, that's where I keep all my files. It's great as a free host and really simple to use. You can create folders so all your files are very organized, and you can choose to share your folders or not. There's no upload or downloaded limit. Though files are limited to 200 MB, that's where HJ-Split or WinRAR come in. Plus, there's no wait time for downloading. You can also save other peoples files to your account in case you want to download them later. And your links never die; unless someone goes and reports your file, which none of us would be stupid enough to do.

The one thing about your files that have always irked me was that if I already had all the Whomping Willows CDs from up to 2009 and if you end up having the latest then I'd be stuck downloading all of the files I already have again. With MF you could upload the albums and songs separately but all at the same time and still share one link to the artist folder on the forum.

Yeah, I'm really selling the MF, LOL! But it really is a great host. I have a free account and currently have 161.51 GB (3,370 files) stored to my account and have shared over 18 TB in bandwidth in the last 2 years. Only a small bit of that has been WRock; nothing even close to the amount you have. But I'd be willing to help you dissect the WRock RARs into small ZIPs or RARs that you can snag from my account and sort into your own account.

If your interested in taking a look at how your files could be set up or just curious to what all I have stored on my account feel free to email me (Hidders@yahoo.com) and I'll open my account to you. Have you tried running an Anti-Virus recently? I would recommend doing so immediately! If nothing comes up then it might be something with MediaFire's servers/Site. Also, what web Browser are you using? I'm using FireFox, with NoScript on it to help prevent stuff like this.

At the Top of FireFox, click on Tools, then scroll down to Add-Ons, click on it and use the window that pops up to search for NoScript and add it to FireFox. Follow the instructions to install it. NoScript prevents your Web Browser from being Redirected to other sites and keeps most spam-bots/Viruses from getting on your computer that way. Some sites won't work with no script at first, mainly ones with video or flash items. If a site looks weird, click on the (S) symbol at the bottom right hand side of your browser, and choose "Allow All for this Page". I'll send you a PM(Private Message) later with some more info on the stuff you might be able to do to fix this. Let me know if this helps. Thanks:-)

Thanks so much for this! I run the rym box set project (http://rateyourmusic.com/list/TheScientist/rym_ultimate_box_set) and had stumbled across Wizard Rock and quickly began putting a set together for it. Such a lovely little genre of music. My biggest problem was that i really couldn't find many of the second tier bands and even finding a couple of Wrock songs on soulseek was really hard so my initial choices were a bit limited. Only by day 4 did I start coming across some big scale soulseek shares and then I ran into your thread and luckily took the time to register. I really appreciate your help in doing full scale shares as you have. Thanks!!

Thanks! I just broke out the previous 3 Jingle Spells the day before yesterday and have really gotten into the Christmas mood.

Yeah, MF has become a hassle since it added that damn loading bar. It times out much more often now. But since I am using WiFi I rarely have any trouble when using it at home, but it does freeze up when I'm using hotel WiFi.

Hey, it's still not working unfortunatly! :( I have wireless yeah and there's always at least 3 different devices connected to it at the same time. I've tried the link on a few other computers, school and friends and such and I'm still having the same problem! The previous downloads from mediafire ect. always have worked though so I don't know what's going on to tell you the truth! :(
