My personal favourites are the scores from Batman (the Tim Burton Version), Back To The Future and The Rocketeer.

A recent favourite of mine (i.e. just discovered) is Star Wars: episode III - Revenge of the Sith, especially the medley at the credits that has all the major bits of music in various forms from all the episodes incorporated in it.

I agree with you Zulu, Wojciech Kilar's score for Bram Stoker's Dracula is excellent and one of my top ten.

Some of my favorites are actually from older classic films:
the original score to Metropolis (1927) by Gottfried Huppertz
the score to The Bride of Frankenstein (1935) by Franz Waxman
the score to Rebecca (1940) also by Franz Waxman
all are rich & exciting orchestral works.
