In my file of Final Fantasy VII, I ran into a couple of complications. If any one of you, can help me with just one of them, that would be wonderful.

1} that i missed the Alexander materia, being that i passed out before I had the chance to get to it; later i returned to the glacier and attempted to find it, but the area that was supposed to lead me to the cave to get the Alexander Materia, led me to the cottage that you end up at when you pass out. Is there anyway that i can get the Alexander Materia? Or is it lost forever?

2} It seems that I have sold my Morph materia, or missed it completly. Seeing as how i can't go back to the Temple of the Ancients to check, to see if i had gotten it, or missed it, is there an alternate way of receiving the "Morph Materia"? Or is it also lost forever.

3} No matter what materia i get, and how many times i try, i cannot defeat Emerald Weapon. I have the "Final Attack - Phoenix" "W-Summon - Knights of the round" "Counter - Mime" And Mega All's with many white and black magic spells equipped to my characters. Cloud, Vincent, and Cid. I have all of their ultimate limits and weapons, any suggestions?

1) You can still get Alexander. You have to go to the Glacier Hot Springs and touch the water. East of the snowfields in a cave, there's a person that you have to talk to. Shortly after that you'll get the Alexander Materia.

2) I'm pretty sure your Morph Materia is gone forever. I don't know a different way of getting it unless you cheat with a GameShark, but that usually leads to your file being erased so I don't recommend it.

3)Have one of your characters start by using the W-Summon to summon up Bahamut Zero and the Knights of Round. After the first character uses the W-Summon, have Cloud Mimic them. Always have Cloud mimic the person with the W-Summon. After a while, Emerald Weapon will most likely attack you with Aire Tam Storm. Phoenix should revive your group and you continue doing what you were doing. That's usually how I get rid of the Weapon.

3)Have one of your characters start by using the W-Summon to summon up Bahamut Zero and the Knights of Round. After the first character uses the W-Summon, have Cloud Mimic them. Always have Cloud mimic the person with the W-Summon. After a while, Emerald Weapon will most likely attack you with Aire Tam Storm. Phoenix should revive your group and you continue doing what you were doing. That's usually how I get rid of the Weapon.


What if the Knights of the Round can be used twice? Would that be more effective? Or would Bahamut Zero be?

I don't remember the name of the Materia, but if you equip it to Bahamut Zero, it lets you summon him four times in a row. If you use Bahamut Zero when he does four attacks, and Knights of Round, it does way more damage than just using Knights of Round twice.

Oh! And also, what is an armor that is good, that i can find 3 of, or buy, that has all of the materia slots in it? Theres the "precious watch" but its not paired... Is there such armor?

If there is than I most certainly haven't found any.

It seems that i ran out of time though... Not having morph, I couldn't morph the ghost ship into the guidebook, so i couldnt return it to the man in Kalm, so i couldnt get the underwater thingy, to make it so there was no time limit. =X Is there anything else i could do that you know of to get the guide book?

That would have to be one very large room.

Emerald Weapon: If you can't use any strong strategies involving the 3 characters, I recommend doing it with cloud alone. In about 5 minutes, Emerald will fall.

All you need to do is equip these materias: Counter+Mime, Final attack+Revive (with life 2, ideally a master Revive materia), if you can manage to have multiple Mime and Counter materias, then equip them together to make the fight even shorter. Throw some HP Plus in there and that's it.

Now when you start the fight, be sure that Cloud is ready to unleash his Omnislash limit break. But before that, give Cloud some Hero Drinks to boost his attacks. It also really helps if you have the Ultima sword.

Now all you have to do is unleash omnislash, then mime it every round.

If Emerald manage to damage Cloud, all you need to do is use an X-Potion (or an Elixir if you managed to farm some) and Mime it until your limit brak gauge has refilled, then you start over with Omnislash.

Using this method, Emerald Weapon will fall in under 5 minutes.
