Well I don't have the files uploaded but I can give you the links where you can find them, they're from a Fatal Frame Fansite Forum (a really good one if you're a big fan of the series by the way).

I hope they are what you were looking for, it's the complete music played during the games, galleries, missions, extras, etc. The ending songs played by Tsukiko Amano in FF2 and FF3 (Chou & Koe) are not included.

Note: I have two versions of the Fatal Frame I soundtrack, and both of them are "missing" a track; the last track is 49, but there's only 48 tracks in the folder. If you look at tracks 38-40, you can see an inconsistency between the track number and the number in the file name. However, I think this is due to a mistake on the side of the ripper, since there is no official soundtrack it.
