To my knowledge,there never was a Battletoads in Battlemaniacs title for Mega Drive.

To be fair,there was a Battlemaniacs title planned for the Sega Master System,which ended up getting canned,ony to be later released by Brazil's very own Tectoy. If you're looking for that one,good luck.
