Folks on NeoGAF are reporting this news as true.
Currently Monolith is working on Disaster: Day of Crisis for the Wii.

I would care if I liked any of those games.
Not saying the games are necessarily bad, but it's not my CUP OF POKETEA

I didn't think it was physically possible, but saga both sucked and blowed.

Isn't Monolith Soft also responsible for my loved classic Blood and games like Shogo M.A.D.?
Because I loved those games.

That's Monolith Productions, not Monolith Soft.
That would be hilarious. "Developer of Xenosaga and Baten Kaitos! Also, Blood for the PC!"
this thread seems like the exact same copy as one i read in ffwa. O_o wtf. even the whole blood comments.

Yeah I realised it earlier on. But hey, they would be adressing a wide public this way, wouldn't they? :p
Tact, you go to FFWA?

Maybe.
Probably some time for a week.
Mainly was at FFA and then FFH and then here after both died.
ffheaven? it didn't really "die". it change it's name to ffimpulse, and then it just became a gfx/designer forum instead renamed itself "empyron" and is still alive today. incase you're interested. :p that must mean i know you then casue i was at ffh too.
so many ff's. haha. :p

No. Final Fantasy Horizon.
Was at FFA for like 7 years, FFH for like 5-6 before it died.
I browse some sports sites. Don't really post though.
Speed Running through Green right now. Should've chose Squirtle.

Well I thought it was kind of big news. But then again, I found the Baten Kaitos series (2 games up until this point), to be one of the most original and unique experiences I've had with gaming in a long time. Hopefully this means more BK games will be developed.

It's a 'card' battle system type of a game. Really clever in how it's incorportated, even harder to explain. Best thing I could say is to look up some battle videos on Youtube or somewhere. RPG genre that could easily warrant a third or fourth title in the series. Critical acclaim, poor sales.

Ok. So card style battle system? You know, i've never actually owned any of those types of games... Maybe i should get Baten Kaitos? Or would you recommend i different card style battle game? (I've got Wii and ps2)
