Hi, I am new here and I am having a bit of trouble getting IIDX Happy Sky to run..
OS: Vista
I installed it and the first thing the readme says is to run "iidxdevice15.exe", however whenever I try to run it I get this error.

"bm2dx_kp.exe" seems to work I can run it upto the point of it saying "Please release the test button", other than that I don't really know what to do I have searched around for an answer to this problem but I cannot find any.
If anyone here can help me with this it will be greatly appreciated xD ...

Try to download the visual basic DirectX DLL (dx7vb.dll) and copy it on your window's system 32 directory. Don't forget to register it.

Thanks! That got it working. I previously had the dx7vb.dll file but every time I tried to register it it always came up with an error, but I did it in cmd prompt and it worked, however now I cannot get past the PLEASE RELEASE THE TEST BUTTON screen. The only key that seems to work is the esc key to get out of it. I read somewhere that someone got it to work by replacing the iidxdevice15 file and another file that they did not mention.

Hey. Rox, having these HDD's is an amazing thing! Getting them from another tracker is cool! I mean hell I got m3h DJT when it was leeked and didn't waste SHIT on ratio from sows, but what I found out was it was publically viewable which means konami can easily find it. What I just found out was 16 and
16 have a totally new encryption...why? Because so many bootlegs of previous versions have been going around the internet! KONAMI decided not to fucking release pop'n 15 CS which makes me sad. if you really want to get exclusives hdd files from any beatmania AC or gf, dm, pop'n music, etc... just search in "share"... i even downloaded a patch for dj troopers that adds every song deleted from the previous mixes and even adds song from the CS versions.

PD: share is a japanese p2p net, like emule... but only with japanese files (anime or manga raws, movies, games, etc), just search for a guide to get it works.

Hi goemon, I haven't been on this thread for a while but I wanted to speak my part about this topic.

I understand the sows side of things completely, and I believe alot of people who are retrieving the files through other means do as well, but there are plenty of dedicated people/fans who have the misfortune to be on the outer circle. Like me, some people really want to get the full bemani experience but live in countries that have few or no machines (I live in NZ, where we have the occaisional DDR machine and Drum Freaks, but that's it).

Bemaniso isn't particularly well known for giving out invites with good reason. Obviously the easiest thing for us is to grab torrents when they leak out, regardless of if the morals are in the right place or not. Alot of people on the outside view private trackers as "elitist clubs" with memberships only by coincidence. Others know this isn't the case.

I was previously a member on bemaniso when they were still allowing registrations. At that time you could see poor leecher to seeder ratio on some of the older torrents. I had a low ratio at the time because in NZ we had poor connections and low usage caps. Such is the plight of a small country at the bottom of the world.

I guess the point I want to get across is there are people out there that regret furthering the life of a torrent that really shouldn't be there, but we don't have any other way to get files that we really want. I also feel that by seeding, I am not depriving people in the same predicament. We don't try to "shit on sows" in any way, but if we get thrown a bone, we'll chomp down on it hard, regardless of how it got there.

Hi all,

I was able to install the Namipan downloader and successfully downloaded the crack file and parts 04, 07, and 08 of the adventure hdd. It seems that the other files are not available there anymore (I added them all to the downloads but they just sit there at 0% and won't download at all). Is there any way that ZERO//.2K could share those files again on Namipan so that I could download them, or if someone could give me a torrent link or something that I could access? I see that there is a torrent link on demonoid.com but I don't have a login there and registrations are closed.

I am running Windows 7 (yeah, that may just be the problem there), and the game boots up and everything, but right when the intro starts to play, the game minimizes and goes into a window called automovie or something like that and when I maximize the game, it is just a black screen, but it accepts my inputs and the sound plays normally...

There's newer stuff out than Happy Sky AC these days, and it's generally a bit easier to get going as well. I can't say you're likely to receive a friendly welcome there, but try hanging out in bemaniso irc for a bit but without begging for an invite. In time someone might hook you up. Also you can find this stuff on trackers other than Sows.
