I Just Got A PSP and I'm Trying To Put Videos On there (with the memory stick) but the PSP Keep saying that I have no videos?! And Yes, I'm putting them in MPEG-4 Format and even converting my files using AllokMPEG4 Converter to convert them into PSP Video Format and my PSP Still can't Read it saying I have no videos?! I'm kind of lost here Haha

Is there a certain Video Converter that works better? Or if you guys know how to put videos on the PSP I would truly be grateful!

Any old MPEG-4 won't work, it has to be encoded for the PSP.

I use PSP Video Express. I'd say try that one.
