You can either buy a PS3 with one dollar left or.....?

700 King Sized Mars Bars
or
1500 Bananas
or
2000 Lollipops
or
7000 jelly snakes
Or..... for the big one... 10 000 Gummy Bears

Clearly the choice is obvious. Australian Dollars by the way.

2000 Lollipops

A lollipop can't be $.50. That's just crazy talk.

I'd get me a Techtronics Tuning Exhaust System (http://abdracing.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=ADIAR&Product_Code=252.526D).
Not because of any horsepower or torque gains, but because the sound of it at an Autocross meet made me shoot white stuff like this.

They are. If you buy them in packets, it's like 3 or 4 dollars for a packet of 10. So that's even more lollipops!

100 Charms Blow Pops for 10.07 AUD (http://www.samsclub.com/shopping/navigate.do?dest=5&item=181210)

Sorry, I was talking about the single chuppa chups you buy at the supermarket ^^

However... you can get 8 starburst lollipops for $2, which would equate to 4000 starburst lollipops!

I'd buy a Tenor Saxophone mouthpiece, then put most of the rest away. :/

But of the choices you gave, Gummi Bears > all others.

I'd probably use it to buy all those rare games I've always wanted to buy but never had the money to like PS1 Valkyrie Profile....then again an HDTV sounds pretty tempting as well.

Amen to that, It's damn-near impossible to find that for less than $100.

You play Tenor?!
So do I!
If you can find it, get the Runyon #6.
I've been playing for about 10 years, and it wasn't until I stumbled upon it that I found a mouthpiece that did my sax justice. The one I have is from the '50s, but the new models (http://www.saxplus.com/runyon-custom-mouthpieces.html) run for about $60.

I play all of them - Bari's my main, but I want to get a Tenor because currently the band my friends and I have could maybe use Tenor more than Bari and it'd be nice to have either way. Also, at my school there is currently a Mark VI going unused because the Tenor players are too stupid to change to it or something so it is mine for the taking if I wanted it for a while. I also play bunches of bassoon and some other wind instruments, if you were interested. :P

Anyways, thanks for the advice.
I'll keep it in mind when I have more money and am seriously looking :)

Holy Batman! A Mark IV?!
I wanted one so bad a couple years back just to have and admire.
Oh BTW, if you're gonna use a Tenor in a band, keep in mind that the overall tone is piercing and it's easy to get carried away and drown out the others. I learned that from personal experience >_<

Tenor is the one up from bass right? Or is it alto?

From what I know, from the top it's soprano, alto, tenor, bass.

That's correct. Alto is the preferred instrument in most arrangments due to its neutrality.
Although this is for vocal ranges, the complete order is:
Female voices
Soprano
Mezzo-soprano
Alto
Male voices
Sopranist
Countertenor
Alto
Tenor
Baritenor
Baritone
Bass-baritone
Bass

For 1,000, I would rebuild my motor, so I can go back to beating the piss out of imports and mustangs. That is COMPLETE fun.

Consider this. If you buy a whole load of nachos and SOME hot sauce, you will run out of sauce beofre nachos. You would be better off balancing the two out.

If you run out of sauce, what's the good of nachos? Sauce was put on earth for a very specific reason, to be eaten with nachos and other otherwise tasteless carbohydrates.

One of these, an 80 Cutlass. I dislike the fact EVERYONE buys one of these for their first cars, because thats not why I bought mine. My dads always been into muscle cars, and as have I, except that since I was a kid I loved Montes and Grand Prixs. So when I bought my Cutlass I made sure I found a 1980. They look different, much closer to montes or grand prixs than all the mid 80s one you see everywhere, and much nicer.

Thats not my car in the pic btw. Mine isnt really in that shape right now. All the interior just got done and needs to be put back in, and its in the middle of getting painted(Burgundy or some other dark red). The motor I picked up was complete fluke. It was a 1969 350 Rocket out of a Delta. I didnt realize what it was until I scraped all the dirt off it. We found out it was a rocket because the block was painted gold. It was like one of the coolest discoveries ever. Its alright for power, it has 325 HP stock. Its just been sitting for a long time, so i want to rebuild it before I put it in.

z.zetsumei
01-27-2007, 02:54 AM
That's a classic.
But yeah a rebuild and/or a corrosion inspection is the first thing that should be done...but a rocket?...now that's a find.
