I can`t help with an OST or gamerip, but I know where to find a music and even video converter (http://ctpax-x.ru/index.php?goto=files&show=74&lang=en). I suggest that some game owner will rip and upload it here if requests continue.
Also the site where converter was made offers some tracks from the official game site (http://www.runaway-game.de/runaway1/index.php?get=soundtrack) but I have doubts about them - just 4 tracks seem not to be able to form full game soundtrack

There are 2 albums for Runaway, the 4 tracks promo (http://vgmdb.net/album/3261) was dsitributed with some Limited Edition versions of the game and is legit. It was released later as free downloads on the website.

The other album is more complete (http://vgmdb.net/album/12629), but is definitely rarer as it comes only with the French collector's edtion game.

Searching hard for it too :)
