Real conversation taking place as I play the winhill subquest for the first time yesterday:
My mom: I wish you wouldn't play those games so much. They can't be good for you.
Me: Hey, this is an RPG. It's a strategy game. It develops the ability to think logica-WHAT THE...?
*giant mother chocobo runs across the road.*
Mom: Oh, like for example you should have logically been able to forsee that due to the "Bird X-ing" sign on the side of the road...
:o
BTW, what's up with Raine's ghost? A reference to Aeris' ghost, maybe? (the programming error so popular they made a sequel to it? :uh?: wish my programming professor felt that way about my mistakes...)
