Intrinsic Effects.
House, due to his leg problem (and subsequent Vicodin addiction) has a slowly depleting HP meter (1 HP/x seconds, where x is the number of seconds determined for the interval).

Using the Vicodin Command restores House's HP, and temporarily improves his Magic-oriented stats. (I believe VII institutes INT, MAG ATK, and MAG DEF stats. Or at least INT and MAG stats). The effect lasts for an undetermined amount of time, at which point his stats are lowered and HP resumes depleting.

Too many uses of Vicodin within a battle will result in "Overdose" and House will be temporarily at 0 HP.

If Vicodin is not in five consecutive battles, House will have the "Withdrawal" status. "Withdrawal" will cause House to have drastically lowered stats and quicker HP depletion ( [5 + x] / y seconds, where x is equal to the number of battles post-the-original-five and y is the number of seconds determined for the interval).
