i need help on what this song is i can't find it anywhere, also i need an mp3 version because i don't what .ogg are

.ogg files can be played in winamp ( if you have that). windows media does play the files, but then crashes :( .

i have some .ogg files on my computer that i cant convert to .wma or even .mp3 if i can find a program i'll let you know, so you can download the .ogg files and then convert them.
