If they haven't been included yet, I'd like to suggest two FF tracks - FITHOS LUSEC WECOS VINOSEC from FFVIII; and A Transient Past from FFIX.

Plus, Prayer (the piece on the title screen) from Castlevania, Symphony of the Night.
