I don't know if what you're looking for is available; apparently, some people complained that the demo's Dollet Beach theme sounded a lot like another person's work, so he had to re-write the entire thing. I'm not sure if it can be found anywhere.

I have a remix of it as well. Did you get yours at Vgmix.com AND does it remix liberi fatali and the opening theme from the ff8 demo? Because mine does. It is a rather decent remix too. I can upload it if you want.
