You can find a Mystile at the following locations:


Can be found in a chest inside Midgar, Sector 8 Underground.
Can be found inside the Northern Crater.

I think you can steal one from Rude, Reno or Elena in Midgar tunnels, don`t quote me their I might be wrong.
