Dusk Plains
Items Found:Lagoon phoenix's down x12, ore x14, kaiser knuckles x1, Iron Man card x1
I know where it is,but there is no beaches around the Forgotten Continent.

Its been a while but I think you may be able to find a beach if you pass between Daguerro and Qu's Marsh. Im not really sure though tbh.

This should handle every problem you ever encounter with Chocobo Hot and Cold.

hmmm yes that link doesnt seem to work. I suggest a lot of wandering around. Get the airship and plot you path to the treasure. You can see more from up there anyways.

The point that's being made is that GameFAQs doesn't allow direct-linking to specific FAQ files.

That's GameFAQs' Final Fantasy IX page. Just click for one of the chocobo guides and you're good to go. I believe the one being referenced in this case is the one on the list titled Chocobo Sidequests Guide. However, the one titled Chocobo Hot and Cold Guide has in my experience always helped me the most.

I got a noob question about chocographs, where do you get the cluse, I just started it and can't find the second clue who do i get it from?

I'm not sure what you mean, clues. There are two sources of what I suppose you could consider "clues." One way to get a clue is to just look at a particular Chocograph in the menu --- there's a text description that gives you hint as to where to find the treasure. The other method is to hit the Select button --- Mogster the moogle will then appear and give you an additional tip.

Yeah, you play Chocobo Hot and Cold. I assume that since you say you've started playing it, you only have access to the forest right now. Just keep playing and keep digging. Eventually your chocobo will come across a spot where something seems to be buried somewhat deeper than usual and it takes a bit longer to dig up. That'll probably be a chocograph. Just keep digging until there are no more to be found --- the game will tell you when there aren't more available for the time being.

If you can't quite get to it, it might actually be in the water next to it.
But that's just a guess.

You find your first dead pepper playing Chocobo Hot & Cold. Zidane will ask Mene what the thing is, and mene will explain. Then you will dig one up as a H&C treasure now and then.
You first need a mountain chocobo, however.
There is a way to get 99 peppers, too. A little bit of a spoiler for that sidequest, so don't read on if you're kinda picky about this sort of thing...
Once you find Chocobo's Paradise, and speak with Fat Chocobo, there is a chocobo seated to his left. When you talk to that chocobo, you will be offered 99 dead peppers.

Ah, Dead Peppers --- you're way further along than I though then --- I thought you still only had access to the forest.

Their is a dive spot to the South East of the Mist Continent but everytime I use dead pepper I don`t find anything, I am also having trouble finding chocograph small beach.

You might mean the dive spot for Quan's dwelling. I'm not gonna bother looking if that actually IS on the southeast side of the continent, but I know it's to the south, soooooo..
Anyway, go inside of Quan's dwelling and leave Choco outside. Then go to the back of the dwelling (to the porch on the outside, where the clock is), and look around on the edge until Zidane goes "!" (or "?", whichever one applies, I forget). Choose to feed choco a dead pepper. Then the screen will switch to the "world-map" type view. Choco will dive into the water from the ledge, and then surface with the treasures.
