Seymour (Seymour first appears flanked by two Guado Guards which will heal him. He's not much of a challenge at first but after Anima is defeated, you'll have to battle him again. He'll be fully healed and this time he'll use multi-elemental spells. These spells can prove troublesome as they kill off two of your characters in one turn. The only real way to survive is Yuna's nul spells which protect from elements.)

Seymour Flux (Seymour's third form can prove to be a tricky battle. He'll use extensively annoying moves such as Zombie status infliction, followed by full-life. He certinly looks the part and, as Bryan wisely said, he is, quite possibly, the toughest mandatory battle in the game.)

Seymour I actually found the original more challenging. As by the time I had got to seymour flux. My stats were pretty high so I didn have much problem with him.

Spiral Cut, cause Oblivion wasn't particularly special by the point in the game you can acquire Anima, especially compared to the attacks of the other hidden aeons.

I'd say Oblivion. Going into battle with Yuna / Anima with their overdrive gauges already at max can help shave of a decent amount of your enemy's HP. Can be handy sometimes in the monsterarena.

Spiral Cut As Oblivion just annoyed me beyond belief and I rarely used Anima even once I had got her. I prefered other Aeons a lot more.

Spiral Cut As Oblivion just annoyed me beyond belief and I rarely used Anima even once I had got her. I prefered other Aeons a lot more.
