I have experienced a new wave of cool music, that I never really bothered with until a few weeks ago, none of the bands are really that similar but I wondered if anyone else loved:

The Music, The Dismemberment Plan, Dredg or Rush.

I've actually been listening to Dredg for a couple of years, and they are one of my favorite bands. Out of curiousity, which albums of theirs have you listened to so far?

I like The Music, the others i don't know though

El Cielo and Catch Without Arms, I really love them both. Theres something really original about them too.
