Users were required to have a minimum of five posts, in order to enable private messages, but that number seems to have been lowered to two… You most likely just need to wait for the system to move you to a different usergroup (it's an automatic process which usually takes place within 1 hour from the second post).

Actually never mind... I was finally able to rip the music from this game myself into FLAC...
