*roaring booms. an occasional burst of dazzling light. wet. everything is wet.*
KRROOOOOOMMM! *another boom reverberates through the surrounding area. He opens his eyes and looks around. Still no difference. He has been walking in this rain for, litterally, as long as he can remember. He woke up one morning and knew nothing. He walked and walked. He knows nothing except the rain. Time has no meaning to him. Not like it would matter, since the sky has been like this since he awoke. He stumbles along a further, closing his eyes again against the piercing rain. Moments later he finds him self in a ruined city. It appeared to have once been prosperous, haveing what appears to be the skeletal structure of a second layer above the city, but is now trying to recover from a serious calamity.*



(ok guys this is where you come in! this character that im using has no name. he is just some random guy wandering around and although he sn't a main character, he has the unfortunate bad luck of being wherever the trouble is {usually with you guys, lol}. He is kinda like Stiltzkin in ff9.)

*smiles innocently* nothing happening here! I dropped my Materia, and I got to pick it up and would ya know, this guy thinks I'm stealing it.

"Mostly likely you are stealing it." *turns to left to see Eina sleep on the ground* "What are you doing down there?"

*walking with his back to the sun only revealing a sillouhett(sp)*
Cloud: are you the owner of this sword? *he says to the man on the wing of his plane*

Dirge watches from a tree top with anticipation.
Grasping on the long gnarly branches with his golden
rusted claw, Dirge could almost forsee how this fight
would be played out.

*Shakes off confusion from Cid Clones*

"I think he is killing some clone of himself" Cid dismissed his clone to anther time zone
"For now I think it best to leave them be wait to see who is victor." Cid knew already his bloodshoteyes gazed into the the fate of this fight.

*DC grabs his sword from mid air and leaps forth with a clean sweep of his broad blade, Cloud parry's the attack effortlessly and counters with an upward slash. DC, anticipated the counter as though he had made it himself, and jumped out of range quickly to avoid it.* "Hmm...I see. We have had the same training in tactics up until my creation. We have trained alot since then, and our methods of training have varied. ha ha.*DC jumps high in the air, summersaulting forth with a spinning blade held forth. Cloud meets the attack with his blade raised above his head in a resounding block, expecting this, DC boots Cloud full in the chest with both feet, knocking him right through the tempered glass of the Cockpit. DC lands and prepares himself, expecting a retaliation.* "Didn't see that coming did you. Ha ha ha...huh?" *A strange green glow grows bright from behind him* "Oh...$HIT!!!" *The great ball of ultima hits DC directly in the back, damaging him to the point of near death. The plane explodes from the blast, sending them hurtling toward the ground on the outskirts of Midgar. Cloud begins hurtling straight down after DC with his blade pointing downward* "Rrrr...Leviathan attack!" *out of nowhere, beneath them, leviathan appears with a Tsunami following close behind. DC hits the face of the wave and is washed out from under Clouds lethal attack. They are both left standing in about a foot of water.* "Nice comeback. I didn't expect that from you." *DC uses an Elixer, and sends a great Cross Slash, slicing Clouds chest and sending him sliding backward through the shallow water. Cloud jumps up quickly, eyes flashing with anger. He bolts foward with his blade at the ready* "Leviathan, AGAIN!" *DC stands with his blade over one shoulder beckoning Cloud with one arm stretched forth. Leviathan's huge tidal wave washes Cloud even further back. Cloud sees DC through the clear water, still beckoning. the water level lowers to waist level* "Ha ha ha. I thought you'd be more challenging!" *DC sends a ball of fire flying toward Cloud, following close behind with his blade raised high. The Fireball knocks Cloud to the ground and he looks up to see DC's blade slash across his face, putting a huge gash diagonally from his forehead to his left cheek. Blood runs from Cloud's head. He jumps high and summons Shiva. Shiva freezes the water trapping DC. Cloud falls quickly and hits DC with a Braver, slicing his face in a similar fashion.* "HMPH!!!" *The blood runs. On his landing, Cloud breaks the Ice causing a huge crater of shards surrounding them. DC, now free, jumps back readily. He sends a sweeping Flamethrower from his mouth, melting some ice, and scorching Cloud. Cloud pays no attention, lifting a bottle to his mouth.*
(Your turn. Raine should join in. It'll really heat up then.)

You know Cloud, he'll kick tail and come around again. He always does.

*thinks to himself* "The Team seems to have broken up. Maybe I should quit being a Turk. But what else is there to do?" *sits with sad look on face*

*running toward DC with his sword pointed at his chest he lunges forward doing sonic, moving to one side, DC's leg gets a deep gash. DC conters this attack with lightning 3. Cloud jumps out of the way of the first bolt but get struck with the other*

Cloud: *stands up with heat waves coming off of him, he looks at the ground, eyes closed*
DC: *charges toward Cloud and takes a long downward slash at his head, but Cloud wasnt there when his sword connected to the ground* WHAT!?!?

*up in the air, a silohett of Cloud can be seen comming down from above attacking from the air. He comes down to the ground, DC moves back and Cloud moves forward with another attack.*

*while DC is distracted Cloud attacks again.*

*doing better flying than she thought she would*

*Dark Cloud, puzzled at hte arrival of what seems to be another Cloud, loses concentration and is stabbed right through the abdomin and out his back. He pulls the sword further into him, drawing Cloud closer. He grabs Cloud by the Collar and headbutts him, knocking him backward. Dark Cloud pulls the blade back out and stabs it into the ground along with his own. As Cloud's vision clears, he sees a left jab flying toward his face. He dodges quickly, but a following knee hits him in the side of the head. He stumbles, and before regaining composure, has his legs swept from under him by a low kick, turning him horisontal, Dark Cloud then gives him a heel in the chest in mid-air causing him to bounce a good foot off the ground. Cloud jumps up and lunges with a fist at the ready, but instead of throwing a punch, he throws a grenade. Dark Cloud is struck in the head by the metallic orb, and lands on the flat of his back. sliding a fair distance along some melting ice. The grenade goes high in the air comes down above Dark Cloud.* {BANG} *Just before landing, the grenade explodes, cracking several of Dark Cloud's ribs and sending him deep into the earth from the impact. He opens his eyes to see a giant towering overhead. The Titan digs deep into the earth with his bare hands, lifting half a football field of ground surrounding Dark Cloud. Titan upturns the great mass, Burying Dark Cloud deep in the ground.*
Raine: "Father" *He pulls Cloud's blade from the ground and throws it to him. Cloud catches the blade and dashes forth immediatly, timing his attack. The ground above Dark Cloud begins to open up, releasing alot of black smoke. As Cloud reaches the gaping hole, A figure emerges at high speed from within, shrouded by the smoke. Cloud slashes at the figure cutting off its head. The Figure still in motion, goes high into the air and falls to the ground behind Cloud with a loud thud. Cloud turns in time to see the head hit the ground. With a great shock, Cloud realises that the great figure was in fact Ifrit. The great beast's head and body burst into Flames and turn into a dark Ash. Cloud here's a Cracking sound within his sack, like that of a hatching Egg. He looks in his inventory and sees that his Ifrit Materia is cracked in half and is no longer glowing. Raine rushes forward, clutching the two halves of his own Ifrit Materia.*
Raine: "What does this mean father?"
Cloud: "Ifrit is no more" *He lowers his head in respect for the deceased summon. There is a long silence, broken by the sound of Dark Cloud's blade sliding out of the earth.*
Dark Cloud: "Ifrit...I'm sorry" *He looks towards Cloud and Raine. His eyes a dark deep red. He drops the husks of his Ifrit Materia and walks towards them with his blade in one hand. Cloud and Raine both stand ready. A bright white glow eminates from Dark Cloud... Dark clouds begin to gather overhead... The sky grows dark... Dark Cloud's eyes seem to glow in the darkness...*
Raine: "Ahhh!!! I'll kill you!!!" *He sprints towards DarkCloud with his sword gripped tight in both hands. Cloud and Dark Cloud stare at each other silently. Cloud begins to walk toward Dark Cloud. Raine reaches Dark Cloud quickly and swings his huge blade directly at his neck.*
Cloud: "Stop." *Raine's blade comes to a sudden halt millimetres from DC's neck*
Dark Cloud: "Be gone" *Raine is pushed back by some unknown immense force. He notices that Cloud has the same strange white Nimbus surrounding him as Dark Cloud. Cloud and Dark Cloud come to a stop directly in front of each other. The light surrounding them both expands slowly to become a dome of incandescence in the Black of the sky. Raine finds he can't enter the dome for some reason.*
Jenova: "This is your reunion my child. The reunion of a soul intertwined between two bodies. Are you ready to become one again? Are you ready be whole once more?" Raine: Huh? Who said that? *Cloud and DarkCloud both nod simultainiously.*
Cloud: "This is our story..."
Dark Cloud: "This is why we're here..."
Cloud: "This is how it all began..."
Dark Cloud: "And this is how it ends..."
Cloud: "There can be..."
Dark Cloud: "Only one..."
*They gather all of their forces and concentrate as they move into battle stance. Dark Cloud's eyes Glow a dull red, Cloud's a shiny blue. Now ready and waiting for some unknown signal, they both clear their minds of all and any thought. Knowing the end has arrived.*

(This is it...)

*The wind starts blowing heavily, dark clouds start surrounding them and starts raining*
Raine: Father.....wat is happening to you?
Cloud: What is ment to happen....

*Cid appears from Highwind to the ground*
He is right Raine he knows what must be done.

*Cid throws his hands in the air and Cids appear in a circle*
Cid's in unicen: We become one to see the Two become one as well.

*Cids merge in to one person* he stood about 6' 2'' he had a robe but still had his googles. "Now I shall keep any from borthering your destiny I seal a wall around you fight till it is done!" *Cid casts a wall around Cloud and DC but it is clear so all can see*

O.O *gawks at the mega-Cid*

*drawing his sword, Cloud stares deep into DC red eyes* The time to end this is now!
*as soon as the first lightning strike hit they charge and clash swords* DC: your time is up Cloud! I WILL BEAT YOU AND KILL YOUR FRIENDS AND THEN EVERYONE ELSE!
Cloud: This is the end for you! YYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!
*Cloud pushes DC back and he falls backward but backflips and lands on his feet but when he looks up Cloud is already face to face. he slashes across his chest and shoulders him on the floor*
DC: FIRE3!
*Cloud takes a flame direct into the chest but cast Lightning3. DC tries to block it with his sword but conducts it even more*
DC: NO, no im stronger, faster, im more powerful, you.... your just a FAILER! I WIL KILL YOU!
*DC jumps up of the ground and does his limit break, Cloud blocks some hits but others land he spirals back and hits the ground head first........there is no movement!*

DC:.....*chuckle*......hahaha.......AAAAAAAAAHAHAH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA! MOTHER! MOTHER IT IS DONE! IM THE LAST, I AM THE COMPLETE! I AM....

Cloud: dead! *Cloud floats above the ground, his eyes a fierce blue, he looks up with fury in his eyes and wispers* omnislash..!
*in the blink of an eye Cloud is upon DC, all that is to be heard is the blade moving across DC's body* (go for it DC!)

*Raine is standing, watching his father helplessly*
it must be done....but what can i do..?
*then a voice in his head said...*
Son, you can't do anything now....but when we combine, run away, hide........cause if we find you, we will kill you....

Cid grabbed Raine by the callor of his armor. "come with me this is no place for a child"
Cid draggs him away headeding towards the Highwind. "I must show you something".
Raine looked at Cid with confuseion. "WHat the hell are you doing!" Cid pressed on

Cid, what are you doing?!
*hears huge explosion in the distance*
"Father.....you can defeat him, i know it!"
Cid: It's for your own good.....
Raine: Hmmm.....
*then, his PHS starts ringing.*
Raine: Hello?
Einafit: We need help...THE WEAPONS ARE BACK. They are attacking Midgar.......Rude and Reno are in trouble and Elena is nearly dead.....HURRY!!!!
Raine: On My Way!
*Hangs up*
Raine: Cid, grab Yuffie, Red XIII, Vincent and Tifa.
Cid: Why?
Raine: The Weapons are back, they're attacking Midgar....

*jumps out of the Highwind in time to hear the words "WEAPON" and Midgar*

What the stinkin' heck?! First Cloud falls off, then I get out to hear all this? Not that I like the sky anyway, but....

I see his point lets go! *Cid telaports himself and raine to the cockpit* "Raine man the guns Yuffie the map Red XIII ummm sit there I guess VIncent the Comm. station."

Tifa: "what do you want me to do"
Cid: "stand there and look pretty"

*Raine is heard what Tifa said*

*recovers and picks up all the Materia she dropped*

he comensed to slash and stab over and over...."Dragons of the realm ATTACK!" all of the dragon summons appeared diffrent ones from all over appeared around Cid. "Give your power unto me!" they shot there energy on Cid the tip of his lance glowed a bright Red his robes burnt off reviling Red armor. "Time to tast my fury!" He chunked his spear into weapon causeing an explosion of fire.

The weapons will sleep until called upon by the earth....... and you will be back in the world so we can finish this physically! *looks up at sephiroth, his eyes an untainted (pure) blue. *Cloud looks at Raine, Raine understands that he must go on and fight DC while Cloud and sephiroth battle. The weapons, meditating to gather power for the next omega blast used for the physical battle which is happening outside of the body*

*A green light surrounded Raine*

Yuffie pokes the barrier, but does nothing to break it. She swollows hard and watched the fight for a few minutes, for the first time stuck in place and unable to fight.

*The red light shoots up, then forms into a dragon shape*
Bahamut: *roars loudly*
Raine: Bahamut, OMEGA FLARE!!!
*any light inside of Omega Weapon was immediately sucked away, then energy just comes from Bahamut's mouth, continuous shots of energy, blasting itself at DC*
DC: NO! *He screamed before they hit him, he dissapeared*

*he walks toward a crater, then a copper sword flies at Raine, and stabs him in the chest*
Raine: Ugh!
DC: If I die, u die with me!
Raine: *to himself: why don't i feel pain?* *he moves the sword out of his chest, grabs his sword and....*

Raine: SUPER OMEGA SLASH!!! *And with both swords he launches himself at DC, launching the swords at DC, dicing him up into dust, the copper sword vanishes*

Cid looked back at Yuffie "what the Hell Ya could get Kill I don't wont that to happen to ya" Cid floated there tryin to watch for weapon. "If ya gonna come with us better not get or I'll be pisse!"

*dodgeing an attack from a weapon, he runs up its arm and slashes at its head, it dodges the attack and grabs Clouds leg and throws him toward a cliff. Cloud flips and lands on his feet on the vertical serface and pushes off and slashes at his head again knocking it over into a crevas (that long crack in the bottom of the ocean when ur in the sub) going after it in the pitch black....searching around for weapon, Cloud is suddenly blasted dead on by an energy beam out of the ocean*

Cloud: You son of a bitch! You're going down!
Weapon: No, it looks like you are! hahahahahaaa!

*flying out of the ocean toward Cloud he tries to strike but Cloud blocks his attack and roles in the air out the way. falling down toward weapons head he punches weapon, the power and force unatainable by normal means knocks weapon back in the water. falling back in the water he catches up with weapon and they start sequence of melee attacks, pulling his sword back out he blocks and slashes when nessesairy(big sp).*

*But something weird happens, suddenly a long sword stabs Weapon through its chest...Weapon explodes, it separates Cloud, Raine, Cid & Yuffie throughout the ocean floor...then from the fires underwater, Sephiroth swims away (sp?) and goes into hiding, once again...*

They take off for parts unknown to the modern world, for Shinra never developed higher forms of transportation in their quest for world power. But now perhaps the Highwind will serve this crew for that purpose.

Yuffie: Say, what kinda materia is that on your chest Cloud?

Cloud: You would like to know wouldn't you?

Vincent: It's re concentrated mako from 5 different materias. The 5 elements in fact.

Suddenly a Shinra attack thopter opens fire on the Highwind..

Cid: gat nabit! Sheit!!

Reno(on intercom): Those were only warning shots! If you don't want holes in your precious little ship I suggest you make for a landing on that island!

Cloud: Do what he says..

Tiffa: I wonder what they want?

Cid: probably want this ship! They can die for it if they want!

They land and the bottom lift to the Highwind descends downward; Cloud and Vincent walk down the ramp way.

Cloud: What the hell do you want now?

Reno: We know where your going and we're not letting you past this boundry line.

Cloud: And why's that?

Reno: ....

Cloud: You know, your not gonna stop us..

Reno: Very well, but there's something you should know since your going to play hero and were gonna need to borrow your briefing room for a sec.

Cloud: I'm sorry but the rest of your crew are staying outside the Ship. We don't have time for any crap.

Reno: Fine, lead the way...

(big post atomnarmor, what was that all about anyway? not to be offensive, im just a little confused about what just happened? send me a PM about it if you want or post on here so we can all understand what it was...just for the recored (sp), for anybody who is new to this thread or has forgotten, you choose one character who hasnt been chosen (example so far of free to use characters: Tifa, Barrett, i beleive we no longer have RedXIII, Cait, and i think Sephiroth.....please say on here and pm me your characters being used and also if you are new, the one you would like to use. *jumping out of the ocean after weapon, they had been fighting for 2 hours....longer then expected by far. it seemed that after the weapons had transformed into the omegaweapon and then went back to normal that they were getting stronger day by day....and that was weeks ago. during that period Cloud had learned the ability to fly, much like sephiroth, but not for a long period of time. running up weapons arm, Cloud kicked weapon in the face and sent him sprawling toward land. looking north toward the northern continent Cloud spotted his clone, the one who called him father, even though in away he was sort of his father since Raine was a copy of his genes, he still had quite gotten used to the fact that the he believed he was his acctual father. he flew over to him*

Cloud: Raine, are u ok?

Cid followed suit and jumped as high as his armor could let him. "eat spear!" he landed on the weapon pinning it down . "jes to make sure you don't wander off"

*Cloud turned around to see Cid pin down the colossal weapon pinned to the ground....but not for long, diamond weapon let out two laser beams, one clipping Cids Left sholder and another hitting his right side as he turned from the impact of the previous attack, sending him flying back into the ocean*

Cloud: (shit!) CID!

AHHHHH!!! YOU CHEAP MOTHER FU___!! he didn't finish his sentence before he hit the water hard. looking up from the water blood freely flowing he was sinking it hurt to move. *so this is how I go? nah some one will help me I know it.* he thought this over and over.

*looking down at the bloody water which now consumed Cid into its depths, Cloud had to decide who to help: Raine or Cid? ..after a short hesitation, he deemed Cid as the obvious choice considering his current condition being much worse of the Raine's. Speeding down toward a cliff, Cloud jumps off and dives into the water. Seeing a long trail of red not to far from him, Cloud swims down toward Cid. He sees his body and swims faster to catch up, but before he can catch up or use any materia or items to heal him he gets swept up by weapons huge fist*

Cloud: *(DAMN IT! CID WAKE UP! IF YOU DONT YOU WILL DROWN OR DIE OF BLOOD LOSS!) Cloud said in his head* turning toward his mamoth apponent (sp), Cloud does double-cut and he is released. Cloud uses this advantage to run up weapons arm and stab his eye....now that weapons vision is impared Cloud jumps from weapons shoulder into the water to try and recover his fallen friend before it is to late*

(This must be it at least I die happy....but I would leave Yuffie alone....She is like a little sister to me...plus who is gonna fly the Highwind?) He could feel himself hitting bottom the pain was easing. (I can't feel anything thats not good). his vision got hazy (I...feel...cold)

*Reaching Cid at the bottom of the ocean, Cloud casts cure3, Cid was still unconcious though and the fact that he was deprived of air didnt help. Hoisting Cid up over his shoulder Cloud swims up for airand heads for the shore*

Cloud: CID! CID, WAKE UP!

Cid! *runs up to Cid and Cloud, looks at Cloud* What happened? Is he gonna be okay?

*grabs fistful of Cid's shirt* you better be all right Onisan!

(WAKE UP!!!) Cids eyes opened wide takeing in deep labored breaths *pant* "what" *pant*"the hell!" looking around then looked at Yuffie then he looked blank at the sky

*shakes Cid slightly* Don't...EVER...do...that....AGAIN!!!

As the heros continue battling Weapons and helping one another out, Sephiroth waits in his cliche hideout in the Northern Crater.
Sephiroth: "They'll never find me. It is almost time." *looks over to a containment chamber* "Mother will be with me once again. We will combine ourselves this time, and this time, we SHALL NOT lose." *Closes his eyes and waits...*

*smirks* Just making sure.

"Hehe Lets finish what we started shall we cloud?" Cid looked for his weapon and retrived it. "cuz there is hell to pay!"

Sephiroth opens his eyes and glares at the containment chamber. "It is time..." He walks over to the chamber and breaks the lock with his fist, opens the door and steps inside. A huge intense light shoots out and there are screams of the damned flying through the air. The light is like a pillar in the sky, and the screams are enough to drive most people mad. Sephiroth steps out of the chamber with a black glow about him, his eyes are a swirl of green and red, and his voice is that combined of Jenova and his own. "Let them come..."

Raine: *frozen with fear...for some strange reason* Why...can't...I...move!
(voice in his head): You are scared...you will die, and you shall fail your friends!
Raine: No!
(voice): YES!! HAHAHA!!!
Raine: NO!!!! *he breaks free the fear...* What the hell was that all about!?
Cloud: Raine!
Raine: ...father?
Cloud: CID!!!
Raine: Huh?
*he looks around to see Diamond Weapon shoot at Cid*
Raine: SHIT!!! *he swims to the closest island and starts to figure out how to get where Cid is...*
(voice): your letting down your friend...Cid...

(voice): You are, he will die and it's all your fault!!
Raine: GO AWAY!!!
*released from the voices grip, he flies up into the air...*
Raine: I CAN FLY!!! (sp?)
*he flies towards Cid...while wondering what that voice is...did Sephiroth still have control over him? He kept in his anger why flying as fast as he could towards Cid*
Raine: You can't die...I won't let you die!!!

In the darkened cavern, lit up only by the glow of Sephiroth's pure energy, he smirks as he feels what is coursing through his veins. The utter, raw power of the gods at his whim, he knows nothing will stand in his way.
Sephiroth: "These fools, they can't comprehend my prowess. I will eliminate any one of them with a single swipe of my blade."
He gazes down at his Masamune, which has grown from 6 feet to 8 feet in length and now brandishes the mark of Jenova. He swings it with pleasure and slices a wall of solid stone in half like it were paper. Holding his palm out towards another wall he lets loose Bolt3 only to leave nothing when the dust settles.
Sephiroth: "My power has more than quadrupled since the last time I have been challenged! HAHAHAHAHA!"
The cave echoes with the sound.... of madness

Cloud: We will decide in the morning, i only need three people, the rest will go to the Shin-Ra mansion and see what they can find there.

*They head to Bone Village, but before first light Cloud leaves to North Crater without waking anybody, leaving no note or sign of leaving*

*as any good ninja, hears Cloud sneek off, but waits until after dawn before pulling herself out of bed and looking around for clues for where he went*

*reaching the inn at the base of the crater, Cloud sees a faint glow barely visible even this close to the mountain. a voice comes from behind Cloud*

Voice: It appeared a few days ago.....it started out faint, so i thought it was lightning but its hasnt stopped and grew a little more each day. where are your friends? i remember you comeing here with them before.

Cloud: I decided its best for them not to come to this.....its best not to let them interfear......you know too, dont you.....Professor Gast....

*as the wind blew faster and the temperature dropped, Cloud continued up the mountain, the light that shone on top of the mountain grew closer an closer with each step. when he finally reached the entrance Cloud headed inside but just before he reached the entrance a tremendous force knocked him backward in the air. Cloud flew over the edge of the ledge but swiftly grabbed on and pulled himself back up*

Cloud: What the was th....*a tail flies toward his head, ducking only to be caught by a second tail to his chest knocking him up against the mountain wall*

Cloud: (damn it!)

*the beast had a lions head, two snakes for tails, and a dragons back legs and wings. the chimera sprinted toward the area where Cloud stood, pouncing at its prey. Cloud moves swiftly aside but just as swiftly the chimera pounces again. Cloud draws his sword blocking swipes of its paws and tails. as Cloud swings one of its tails come off, in a roar of ander the chimera retreats inside, Cloud perssues(sp) *

Raine: Father, where are yo-
Cid: Stop talking to yourself dude. Your givin' me the willies.
*everybody laughed, Raine starts blushing*
Cid: Hey, dont get embarrased. We're only joking around. *There was a slight bump in the flight* S**T!!! Fly her gently jackass!
Pilot: Yessir!

*hears the roar quite a ways off and follows the sound*

Where there is trouble, Cloud isn't far behind, if he's not the one causeing it.

They were Flying over the Bone Village, just skimming the surface for a sign of Cloud or Yuffie.
"Hey, isn't that Yuffie?" asked Cait Sith?
"Hey. How the F**K did you get your big fluffy @$$ without us knowing!?" yelled Cid.
"I came with him..." he replied, pointing to...
"BARRET!!!" everyone screamed.
"Oh my god, I thought you were killed by Reno!" said Tifa.
"Yer, well you 'no me. It's hard to get rid o' me." he replied, "Cloud, you look younger, nd you dun somethin wit your hair?"
"Thats not Cloud." Tifa explained, "That's Raine. His son."
"Well I'll be..." said Barret, "Who did he root to make him?"
"I wasn't concieved. I am a clone." Raine said.
"Whoa..." said Barret, "Well, I'm Barret, leader of AVALANCHE."
"Anyway, Where did you see Yuffie?" asked Tifa.
"Over there, towards the mountains." Cait Sith pointed.

Cid shouted : Hold on to ya underware and for the love of god don't piss em!
*Cid turned on the engins to max*
Cid: YEEHAAA!

*Cloud followed the trail of blood into the cavern of ice, its cold interior had not changed from the last time he had been there. a few drops fell from the ceiling Cloud looked up just as the chimera jumped down on him, Cloud fell on his back and placed his feet square on its chest and pushed it off*

Cloud: son of a bitch, what is this thing?!

*looks up and smiles* whadya know, so Onii-san didn't get too far after all.

*jumps up and down, waiving her arms* Hey! Down here!

Cid: "Theres Yuffie!" *goes into a nose dive pulls out the last second stopping in front of her* "hurry up will ya we gota go"

*jumps on board* Cloud is up ahead, but I lost him in the snow.

Roger Time to haul ass *flips a few switches a extra engine opened up* HERE WE GOOO!!!!! *They rocket off towards the mountions

Raine runs onto the deck of the Highwind and sees Cloud climbing up the mountain with a Chimera chasing after him.
"Father!" Raine shouted.
Before he knew what he was doing he had already jumped out of the Highwind.

"Where's Raine?" asked Tifa.
"He said he needed some air. He went onto the deck, but that was around 10 minutes ago." said Aeris. (she is back isn't she?)
"He might be sick, I'll go check on him..." said Tifa.

Raine had hit the ground hard, but lucky the Highwind wasn't too far in the air. He got up and saw his father fighting the Chimera.
"I'm coming father!" he yelled.

Tifa reached the deck of the Highwind and saw that Raine wasn't there.
"Where is he?"
She looked over the edge and saw Raine running up the mountain with his sword drawn and Cloud slashing violently at a Chimera.
"Oh my God!" she screamed as she ran back into the Highwind.

"Raine! How'd you find me!?" Cloud exclaimed.
"It doesn't matter, lets just kill this bitch!" Raine replied.
They both launched an assault on the beast.
"Raine, go for the tail, then it won't be able to cast it's magic!" Cloud advised Raine.
Raine jumped high in the air and slashed at the tail. The beast screamed and the tail dissolved.

Tifa reached the bridge and yelled, "Cloudndrainearedowntherefightingachimera!"
"Whose doing what now?" Cid said, confused.
"Slow down." said Aeris.
"Cloud and Raine are down there fighting a chimera!" she said slowly.
It was quiet for a little bit, then Barret said, "Soo..."
"We have to help!" screamed Tifa.
"They can handle themselves, we shouldn't worry. The beast is probably dead already." said RedXIII.

Cloud and Raine violently stabbed the beast in it's head. They had successfully killed the beast. It glowed a bright red then disappeared. The Highwind flew right next to them and a ladder dropped down. They both climbed up and the Highwind took off.

(ahh dude, Raine you screwed my idea! i tried posting it twice but i guess it didnt get through. its ok though, just read it and see which one we should go from. PS. this is before you guys got to the mountains and you were tracking me by radar)

*jumping back away from the wall, Cloud dodges another attack by the Chimera. It had lose its other tail and had a large slash on its front left paw, but even still its stamina never droped and hardly left its self open for an attack. It pounced, there it was, an opening. Cloud rushed forward, the chimera landed and turned for another attack, Cloud stood still, it pounced once again and just before it hit Cloud it split in two and landed on either side.*

Cloud: (that thing must have been a result of the light on top of the North Crator. What is that light?)
*walking to the entrance of the cave Cloud looks down at the bottom of his sword* (oh yeah, forgot to take that off)
*he peals off a traking device and throws of the edge of the cliff. walking back inside he closes the entrance of the cave, making it look the same as the outside wall just incase the looked for the cave they wouldnt find it. Cloud turns and heads further into the cave*

Cid: WHAT!? Guys, Cloud's tracking device just fell off the side of the mountain!

(just continue from the one you think would go better, and if its the other one i will go with it but i will surprise you either way) :) 8)

*watches the tracker falling off the mountian* I hope that wasn't Cloud himself!!

Raine doesn't know what think. Did Cloud just fall of the cliff? Did Sephiroth get to Cloud before we could?
"Damn." said Cid.
A cloud of sadness was over the room. Everyone Cloud wouldn't just trip and fall off the cliff, or find the tracker device (so says Cid), so it's assumed that Sephiroth got him.
Raine ran out of the room. He needed space. He ran onto the deck of the Highwind. He layed down flat on the hard wooden surface. A strong surge of sadness hit him. His father was dead. His only living flesh & blood. He knew what he had to do. He had to find Sephiroth, and kill him. Before he knew what he was doing, he had already jumped out of the Highwind, near the base of Gaea's Cliff.

(Raine made a pun hahaha : "a cloud of sadness" and he was talking about Cloud get it!? cheesy i know just wanted to point that out)

*as Cloud reached the for the next ice covered rock and pulled himself to the top of the mountain, Cloud finally saw where the light was comming from, but something caught his eye, movement from bellow...... Chimeras! hundreds of them! all of them looking and heading toward the light from the North Crater.*

Cloud: (mutters) Sephiroth!

Raine hit the ground hard, but he got up and ran for cover. If anyone saw him, he wouldn't be able to get his revenge.
"Where should I hide?" he said to himself.
He looked around and saw a cave. He ran towards it and looked inside.
"Whoa.." he said, awestruck. He found himself in the cave that leads to the Northern Crater.
Suddenly, a Chimera attacked.
"Oh shit..." he said to himself.
***Meanwhile***
"Yo, I think someone should go and check on Raine." said Barret.
Everyone looked a each other. Nobody wanted to disturb him.
"I'll do it."
Everyone looked at Tifa.
"What? I'm worried about him."
"Ok, you an go check on him." said Cid.
She ran up to the deck and looked around.
"Raine! Are you still up here?" she said.
***1 hour later***
Tifa ran into the bridge.
"Raineisn'thereisearchedeverywhereandcouldntfindhim !" she said very quickly, that made everyone look at her and go "Wha..?".
"Try saying it a little slower." said Aeris.
"Raine isn't here. I searched every where and couldn't find him!" she said.
Everyone looked at each other, exchanging looks of worry.
"&*#$, we have to find him, we need him to defeat Sephiroth." said Cid.
The Highwind bumped furiously. A siren sounded.
"WHAT THE #&^$ WAS THAT!?!?!?" screamed Cid.
They ran onto the deck and saw Ultimate Weapon. They forgot to kill it.
"Oh shit!" screamed Cid, "We don't have Cloud, Raine or Yuffie, and we left that jackass alive."
"We're screwed..." said Cait Sith.

* Running forward, sword drawn and anger growing. the Chimeras didnt take long to catch Clouds sent. The charged forward, engulfed with a lust for battle and blood. Ten were upon Cloud within seconds. Cloud quickly cast comet2, crushing, and pinning them to the ground.*

Quickly Raine hacked at a Chimera, while others where running down the mountain to help out its mate.
"No good, I'll need to take them all out at once." he said to himself.
***Meanwhile***
"Shit, what are we going to do!?" screamed Barret.
"&^@( if i know!!!" yelled Cid.
They all ran onto the deck and saw the Weapon shining a bright blue.
"HOLY *#&^#!!!" screamed Barret even louder.
"It's going to attack!!!" yelled Aeris.
***Back to Raine***
Craters surrounded Raine, as he jumped down into one of them. He continued his climb. He reached a cliff, a dead end. He thought he'd have to turn back, then he realised he could fly. He flew to the top of the cliff and he heard a huge explosion. The Highwind was blown up by a big dark figure in the sky. He knew that Cid and the others would be alright, so he continued onwards. He looked up and saw a silver haired figure about 100 meters away from him.
"Sephiroth?"
He drew his sword and ran towards the figure. When he reached him he said," looks like we met again Cloud..."
"I'm Raine, Cloud's son."
Puzzled, the mysterious person asked, "Son? Wow, looks like you can die instead..."
The person drew his sword and attacked Raine.

* as Cloud finally reached his destination, Raine appeared in front of the figure. He drew his sword and ran towards the figure. When he reached him he said," looks like we met again Cloud..."
"I'm Raine, Cloud's son."
Puzzled, the mysterious person asked, "Son? Wow, looks like you can die instead..."
The person drew his sword and attacked Raine.
Cloud ran forward and deflected the blow*

Cloud: Raine, get out of here now! You aren't even a match for him! go help the others now!

Raine ignored his father's orders, he thought that his mind was playing tricks on him. So the silver haired menace had to deal with the both of them, for now.
Cloud: Why aren't you running away!?
Raine: Your just a figment of my imagination, you fell off a cliff.
Cloud *while trying to deflect the menaces lethal blows*: I through that stupid tracker of Cid's off the cliff.
Raine felt embarrassed....
Raine: Ok, I'll meet you at-
Before Raine could finish his sentence, he had been caught with a devastating blow to his chest, the menaces sword had stabbed him right through his shoulder blades.
Cloud: NO!!!
Raine: f...a..t...h..e..r...ugh...
Cloud looked at his son's body then at the menace.
Cloud: Your going to get it now Kadaj!
He started to glow a bright red...
Kadaj: No...
Cloud: OMNISLASH!!!

Cloud was clutching his son's body. He was bleeding profusely.
Cloud: Cure 3!
A colourful light shone around Raine, but there appeared to be no effect.
(ok, the choice is yours on whether I live or die, if i die, then i'll use Barret or something...)

Cid: HOLYSHIT!!! The kid is down we gotta go help em!
Worker#1: Sir are heading there now.
Cid: fuck that get my other ship running.
Worker#1 YES sir *runs off like a little gurl*
Cid: and why do I pay these people?

(well, well... im surprised this is still going on... i made this rp, HOW many months ago? I just thought I'd stop in and say hi, see how things are progressing. btw, who is playing seph, now that im gone?)

*Cloud laid the motionless body of Raine, and looked eye to eye with Kadaj*

Cloud: Where is he.......WHERE IS SEPHIROTH!

( is anyone playing the part of kadaj? if not I have a little acting for him to do :P ;) so that I can reintroduce myself as dramatically as possible.)

(No one is playing him, i just thought i'd pull him in...um, i'm pretty sure Raine's body would have no blood remaining in it, so can someone quickly take him to a hospital???)
*Raine awoke from his unconcious state, with the last of his energy he said...*
Raine: Father...
*He passed out again, Cloud ran over to help him, he turned to talk to Kadaj, but he was gone*

(hmmm... well I could have a completely rediculous, but entertaining nonetheless, intro, or I could work this out through a couple posts... I think I'll work through it...)

Kadaj: Haha, he didn't even realize it! I wasn't there for any reason he can fathom. I had my own reasons. *in an odd kind of way, with an abstract look on his face, Kadaj continues.* Mother was calling me, but why I can't I find her? She summons me, but I don't know where to go! It's like her voice is coming from right behind me even as I turn! But I will find you mother. I will prove myself better than Sephiroth.

(ok, since NO ONE IS BEING BOTHERED TO TAKE ME TO A HOSPITAL *hint* my character is in a coma, and he's dreaming ok?)
Raine was alone in black surroundings. He was scared, he didn't like being alone.
"My time has come..."
Raine: Who's there!?
"...to take the place..."
Raine: What's going on!?
"...of my mothers other child."
Raine: SHOW YOURSELF!!!
He looked around, but saw nothing but darkness. Until he spotted a silver haired figure, surrounded by fire.
Raine: Sephiroth.
He ran at him and drew his sword but Sephiroth knew he was coming...
HE drew his sword and stabbed Raine right in the middle of his chest.
Raine: Ugh!
Sephiroth had a huge smirk of satisfaction on his face. But he hadn't killed Raine. Raine Grabbed the sword and pulled it out of his chest, Sephiroth had a look of horror on his face. Raine dropped the sword, and with his own, sliced Sephiroth's head, clear of his shoulders.

Cid: The mini cloud is in trouble I'm takeing off!
*launches with just yuffie with him*
Cid: were comeing lil buddy hold on

*Cloud turns and picks up Raine and brings him inside the crator to keep him out of the wind*
Cloud: (thinking: where did Kadaj go, and where are the others? and where is sephiroth?)

*urp*

hold on friend, hold on

*Raine is still in a deep coma from blood loss*
Raine: Where did everybody go? I'm so lonely...
Darkness surrounded him. There was nobody. But suddenly the darkness turned into the country town of Nibelheim. Except it was on fire. He saw his father lying unconcious on the ground next to him, and Sephiroth walking into the flames, and on his way to Mt Nibel. Raine drew his sword and quickly ran after Sephiroth. But Cloud suddenly appeared in front of him.
Cloud: No, this is my fight.
Cloud ran at Sephiroth and got decapitated.
Raine: FATHER!!!
He ran and jumped at Sephiroth, then it went dark again.

*Cloud looked up, the Highwind appeared above him and a ladder dropped down*
Cloud: (Time for me to leave)

Raine: What is this place?
*Raine looked around, he had never been to the middle of the planet before*
Raine: I...feel the power...of our ancestors...
*Suddenly Sephiroth appeared from no where*
Sephiroth: Ahh, its the son of 'the great one'.
Raine: (looking puzzled) What are you talking about?
Sephiroth: (looking pleased with himself) Ha, of course, you wouldn't know about that.
Raine: What are you talking about?!
Sephiroth: In my travels, i found a stone tablet. Found by the Cetra and placed in the holy lands, which we all know as Midgar.
Raine: Midgar? A Holy land?
Sephiroth: Have you not known about the promised land?
Raine: Yeah. But, Midgar isn't-
Sephiroth: It was the most Mako rich place on the planet. The first of the Cetra thought it was the Promised Land. But decided that there might be somewhere better. So they turned it into a Holy City. Then when Your ancestors found it, they kicked out the Cetra and started their own city. The Cetra were forced to migrate to the Northern Continent. Now, the land where Midgar now stands has been robbed of its nutrients, and died. Because of the Mako reactors. But there was still one place, in Midgar, where a natural phenomenon occurs.
Raine: The Church in the slums?
*Sephiroth nodded*
Sephiroth: Yes, ShinRa, with their Mako Reactors, have made it impossible of anything to grow. However, in the church, flowers bloom with great ease.
Raine: And this is where you-
Sephiroth: Yes. This was where i found the tablet with the prophesy engraved on it.
Raine: Wait. Why should I believe all this? I'm in a coma, this is probably some sort of dream.
Sephiroth: But it isn't. I felt your life source drop. Yes, I can feel when others pass away or weaken, it was a power that i gained from the small amount of life source that i took from the planet when i infested it. Anyway, i felt you were weakened. So i thought i would infect you to your advantage.
Raine: Why is it my advantage?
Sephiroth: You will soon see. Anyway, back to the prophesy. I found it while Cloud was having problems with his identity. I took advantage to find the prophesy i had learned so much about. And found it. It is right here...
*A stone tablet written, in a language not familiar to Raine, the prophesy Sephiroth was telling him about*
Sephroth: Yes, you do not understand the language engraved on the tablet?
*Raine shook his head*
Sephiroth: You shouldn't, it is written in the ancient language used by the Cetra. Anyway, it states 'In times of darkness, a puppet, injected with cells of the evil one, will rise to defeat the one who plans to become one with the planet. However, will fail to do so. The one he tries to destroy will regain power, and eventually kill him. But, the son of the great one will inherit the powers of the gods, to revive his father, and use their combined powers to kill the evil one, and destroy the evil one and the one who plans to merge with the planet."
Raine: Is that it?
Sephiroth: Yes, even though i found this, i still went on with my plans. Trying to find a loop hole in the prophesy. Which i have now discovered. I'm not going to kill Cloud. So u can't revive him and use your combined powers to destroy me and Mother. But also, Kadaj plays a part of this prophesy. He may, it does not say he will, but he may try and kill you before you kill me, and then kill me so he can then merge with the planet.
Raine: I don't get it, why would he do that? Shouldn't he just wait till we kill you, then kill us?
Sephiroth: No, you would have gained to much power. He has obtained a weapon that saps the life energy from a soul of a person, then he can use that power and absorb it, making him stronger. He will gain more power by waiting till you have revived your father. Kill him again, kill you, then kill me. That way, after killing you and your father, he would have gained enough power to overwhelm me, and destroy me, let alone my mother. Then he would gain infinite power by joining with the planet. If he waited till you kill me, you would be to powerful for him to gain your strengths.
Raine: You said that it would be an advantage to me knowing this. But it seems that me and my father are going to die no matter what.
Sephiroth: It is an advantage to you. Cause now you know what is going to happen. you know that you father may die, and you may have to revive him. and that you may eventually have to kill me and mother. But i don't want Kadaj to succeed. See, cause he is my brother. He wants to out do me, and show mother who is stronger. However, he is weak and can't get the job done.
Raine:.........so, your using me and my father to kill Kadaj.
Sephiroth: No, cause if i continue my hiding, Cloud won't find me and Kadaj will try and hunt you down, as his impatience will get the best of him...
*Raine was looking around, it was clear that Sephiroth didn't want Kadaj to interfere with the final battle*
Raine: So, eventually, the final battle will be held here?
Sephiroth: Unless i discover something that will make me even more invincible, yes. Here will be the final resting grounds of either you and your father, or my own...

*Cloud sees the Highwind take off, he turns and walks down the side of the mountain and makes his way to the house at the bottom of the mountain where Prof. Gast was staying, when he gets inside he PHS's Cid*
