A co-production of Mexico and the United States, Roma is a drama film written and directed by Alfonso Cuar�n, who also produced, co-edited and shot the film. It stars Yalitza Aparicio and Marina de Tavira.
The movie premiered worldwide at the 75th Venice International Film Festival, winning the Golden Lion. It began a limited theatrical run on November 2018 and is available at Netflix since December 2018.
It�s been nominated for 10 Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Foreign Language Film, Best Director, Best Actress (Aparicio) and Best Supporting Actress (de Tavira) and also received several other wins and nominations.
