Thank you for sharing this iconic score in MP3-192. Going to watch the 2018 Halloween film here on Langkawi this week.

The movie is amasterpiece when the credits roll stay put don't leave the theatre til the very end trust me.

My copy just arrived! And unless your theater showed something mine didn’t, there was nothing special. No post-credits scene. Just:

the sound of The Shape breathing through the mask
....nothing to write home about.

Thank so much for sharing I've was always a JC film & score fan as a young kid, but as a teenager when I saw HalloweeN and the shape was gone at the end I was Hooked on it and Loved the soundtrack so much! Happy HalloweeN!
I liked the 2018 it was Good and of course the Soundtrack is one you will listen to over and over, I liked all the homages to other HalloweeN films, no it's not better then the original film but no film is better then the original.
So what is the biggest difference in this soundtrack release then previous LP release?
I would like to know the tech stuff because I haven't seen any info online.

The previous one? You mean this one? (Thread 165075) Mondo pulled a fast one on us and pressed the 20th Anniversary re-recording. It wasn’t Carpenter’s original music. THIS one is THE one to have. They righted their wrong and have been forgiven. It’s pretty much an isolated score.

Thanks for sharing this!!!! Happy Halloween! This is my all-time favorite scary or creepy score. Carpenter's score is truly one of the characters in the movie and is the 2nd biggest reason the movie is so great even to this very day! Gave you some rep and rated the thread 5 stars!
