Well, my mega account got blocked and banned.
No links for any end credits until I sort it out, or someone else can hand out links.
The UHD uses the same 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio.
The opening titles and end of the movie actually use some elements of multiple stereo sets.
So a 5.1 mix is definitely worth checking out.
Alternatively, watch the movie in surround sound.
FFMPEG was used to decode the DTS audio (as it suprpasses eac3to now; latest Zeranoe builds, always).
For the opening titles, I tried my best reduce the introduction of the bird sfx that xfades into the fading out music.
You won't notice unless you go listening for it.
In which case, I expel you.
The last part of the movie, the dialogue, naturally contains spoilers.
But, so does the track titles of the OST.
So listen to the dialogue bits if you don't care about spoilers or have already seen the movie.
If you complain about spoilers, I expel you.
The dialogue was split up into chunks, as well as including a Full version.
"2 - You Are Paimon"
is the dialogue segment only, without the Hailing.
There is no real surround sound to this part. But it is included in surround sound in the full version.
I peak normalized it to match the Hail Paimon chant and then just cropped it out.
Otherwise, this would be way too loud nearer the end of the speech.
"3A - Hail Paimon (5.1)"
"3B - Hail Paimon (stereo)"
These creepsome parts have varied sets of stereo, making a nice surround sound environment.
So give it a listen through headphones in surround sound. Or loud on speaker system.
Use the stereo version as a ringtone. :smrt:
The actual end credits aren't that varied in surround sound.
I'd say the commercial song, Judy Collins cover song of "Both Sides, Now" is just a stereo mix. As most commercial songs are.
The "Last Part" of the score that closes the end credits might have some subtle surround sound, but I doubt it.
I only included a 5.1 version of End Credits (Full) to complete the 5.1 dialogue scenes and opening.
Tracklist:
1A - Hereditary (5.1)
1B - Hereditary (stereo)
2 - You Are Paimon (stereo)
3A - Hail Paimon (5.1)
3B - Hail Paimon (stereo)
4A - Last Part (5.1)
4B - Last Part (stereo)
5A - Paimon [full] (5.1)
5B - Paimon [full] (stereo)
6A - End Credits [full] (5.1)
6B - End Credits [full] (stereo)
PM FOR LINKS (ALAC only from this point forward)
Now enjoy and let it affect your dreams as it did mine own.
HAIL, PAIMON!
