An American romantic comedy film directed by Joe Roth and written by Billy Crystal and Peter Tolan. It stars Julia Roberts, Billy Crystal, John Cusack and Catherine Zeta-Jones, with Hank Azaria, Stanley Tucci, Seth Green, Alan Arkin and Christopher Walken in smaller roles.
Referred to “music from and inspired by”, the official soundtrack contains an orchestral suite by James Newton Howard and, performed by various artists, seven other tracks that are actually from the movie (1; 2; 3; 4; 7; 9; 11).
The complete soundtrack, a well-kept “unofficial release”, is composed by pretty short tracks, but it doesn't take away the charm of the entire score. Lovely creation by James Newton Howard.
