Yep. It seems on it`s closing days to it`s worldwide release, Square-Enix have delayed it but haven`t commented on when it`s actualy being released. Which, is a very unwise decision.

yeah, but by having accurate release dates i can properly organise my money and spend it around so that i don't all of a sudden have 100 things to buy in 1 month where it normally would have been a 6 month period, but changed because of constant delays...

I bet that it will get delayed again in November. They have already delayed it like seven times. They are just going to get us excited, and when November rolls around guess what it will be delayed once more.

I don't think you would have to remove it, but some people don't want to know who that 2nd person is in the movie. I would change it to "wheel chair guy" then let them see it for themselves. The photobucket links do work now.

There is a working torrent of the Japanese version on the internet. The quality is excellent for a torrent - this isn't a cam, it's a proper DVD-rip. There are also a fansub available that is, while not perfect, is good enough.

I just finished watching the movie, and as a Final Fantasy fan, I have to say it is THE movie I have been waiting for since The Spirits Within. I can't wait until I can get a hold of a UMD version for my PSP.

Yes, all the characters do appear in AC (except the giant cat monster thing) Barret and Cid look by far the realest though (even zack appears at the end) Aeris is like, dead, so she doesnt make much of an appearance. Red 13 looks like a joke though, hes like a teddy bear.

Aeris chicky if you truly love her then you will watch the movie, she is in quite a few times, not just that once.

There is something you need to realise, Aeris has become one with the Lifestream once again so she will not end up with Cloud anytime soon, it just won't happen. I am tired of people complaining and thinking they will still end up together, she is dead!

With that being said at the end of the movie she is with someone...No spoiling it for ya, but she is with someone.

I saw the movie, it's awesome, it's great, it's ... sorry I'm lost at words.
One thing that sucks and disappointing to me is that they don't have much dialog for the characters, mostly about fighting and such. The characters doesn't interact much either. Aeris doesn't appear much and they finally reveal her face up close ONCE, I wish they show her more often. The ending really make you ponder. Thus nontheless, she is NOT with someone at the end, they appear together but ... we can assume things according to each person's mind.

I'm semi disappointed, but if I was to re-watch it, I'll get excited all over again. :laugh:

If you payed close attention in the movie Tifa was sporting some bling on her finger. Now I am not trying to say Cloud gave it to her or anything but look at it this way, he has a business in Seventh Heaven and she answers the phones... I mean come on, they probly live with eachother when she doesn't get mad at him and make him sleep in the church...God that would suck so much...

I hate to break it to you but I have been playing video games since before I could string together entire sentences, so a n00b I am definitely not. The thing is the classic Mario games were good but do me a favor and try to point out an extremely good one which has come out lately? I mean the new Mario Kart was alright but it is just a remake of a classic, and in the end the original was better then the new one...

Anyways, off from my little rant. I have to give you that, FFVII was pretty simplistic at it's core. There were only a couple inner things you could get out of it, which was kind of sad since Final Fantasy can get into some kind of deep inner things at times. In the end that is most likely why I like FFVIII more then FFVII...

Anyway, practically every Mario game ever made has been "extremely good," including the most recent Mario Kart.

I definitely have to say if you did not actually play FFVII you will not find the movie half as enjoyable as those of us who have, which is quite a drawback to the movie. The thing is if you have not actually played FFVII you should get shot, like over and over. Problem is if you are like Cloud we can shoot you in the forhead and all that will happen is you will bleed a little and get a scar....

I'm sorry but Mario Sunshine was not on par with the other Mario games, not in the least to me. I mean compare it to Mario 64 and try to tell me it was "Extremely Good".

I would pursue the Mario argument and question what you found lacking about Sunshine, but that would be way off topic. Although I have to admit a little off-topic discussion would do this thread a world of good since it's only gotten more retarded (I never even thought that was possible, btw) since people started seeing the movie.

Loz is powerful enough to stop a motorcycle which is going at around 200 MPH by slamming his fist into the ground and can the throw it at Cloud with his legs. He then beats on Cloud quite badly with his little electric fist weapon and yet Cloud fights back and seems to be pretty unharmed. Yet all it takes is one gun shot through the chest to almost off him? He was already shot in the forhead here and all it did was leave a scar and some blood, come on....

Have you played that Mario Baseball game yet? I have seen it and yet not played it, and was wondering if it was any good? I mean Mario has proved to be able to pull off sports games, Mario Tennis being quite good and all, but a baseball game might be a little to much for the Mario team.

Ya, know. I downloaded the 1:06 min sample where Cloud picked up Tifa followed by Barett shooting at Bahamut Sin... I gotta say the music sounds a lot like FFX and X-2. Sounds nothing like original FFVII style.

The majority of the music in the movie was just remixed versions of songs from FFVII, and in the end it brought me much joy hearing the remixed versions. I was glad that they did not use the exact same music from the game, even though they did once or twice and it did sound just as perfect as it did before.

The best ANYTHING in the movie was when Loz's phone played the victory tone. DUH.

After that happened I was so expecting the chocobo theme to go off at some random part in the movie, now that would have been funny. They did put a small sign up pointing where a choco forest is though, so at least it was something.

Oh and by the way, I love chocobos.

I watched it... and had to fight not to fall asleep.

In fact I'm watching it again right now. Except on mute, to random stupid J-pop. It's actually better this way. ^_^

Hey i Have the movie, But the Subs and Movie are seperate.... When i tried to meld them together it came out 36 gbs! does anyone know how to meld subs and movie together with out it coming out huge as hell?

download BSplayer (search for it on google), and play the movie with the subs in the same directory.

No i use vobsub for that, what i mean it PERMENTALY meld them together.. Thank you tho..

About the TifaCloudAeris love triangle, maybe it wasnt resolved so as not to disappoint the fans of both pairings. Aeris is dead but I think Cloud has a stronger spiritual bond to her and just cause zack was waiting for her doesnt mean that they're already 'together.' geez. Besides, I remember him saying something like "Isnt it good to be yearned for?" to Aeris during the scene where they both heal Cloud. I don't really expect Cloud to end up with either one of them and I'm just happy that in the end, after seeing Aeris, he finally said to himself "Now I know I'm not alone" and I'm just glad that he learned to smile once again. -_-

For anyone who didn't know, Last Order is also available on torrent - be careful though, because the most popular torrent (on IsoHunt, at least) does not have any English subtitles. That's the bien_ff7l_xvid one.

I'm downloading the [H-S] version now, which is slightly smaller, and does have subs.

Wow...Advent Children was AMAZING!!!
Who else thought this movie pwned?

Not I. Thanks to the lack of a plot other than the blatantly obvious deus ex machina, the absence of character development, and the shoddy camera work, I found it slightly less entertaining than the game. And you all know what I thought of the game.

Sure, it may be exactly what fans wanted, but it's sorely lacking as a serious film and does absolutely nothing to further FFVII's story. It's nothing more than a glorified side story. It's rather sad that something like this is bound to be well-liked by fans of the game while Spirits Within, which was actually a decent movie on its own merits, is shunned.

As far as I know you cant.

There are DVDR versions of the movie floating around on the torrent sites though.

That movie wasnt all that great, the battle scenes were abit too intense and the movie was pretty much all Cloud, I woulda liked to see more of the other characters, I liked the Battle at the end though, it was good. And Vincent was awesome.

Didn't like the story at all. Just didn't really do much apart from expand on FFVII's story and generate more questions. All the old characters didn't really serve much of a purpose except assist in the fight (which was short), and to just be there to not disappoint fans. Although some of the fight scenes had very good style, and they nicely incorporated some limit breaks (and Cloud's new one), I did find some of them hard to follow since the camera moved around too much too quickly.

But, thanks to the release of the movie, I get to see fresh sexyness from Reno, Rude, Cid, Rufus and Loz.

I liked it. But then I'm a big FF7 fan, (not as big as FF6), but I enjoyed it. I really can't wait till it comes out on dvd. btw: it only took about 14 hours to download.

ONLY!!!!what a pain.....i don't remember how long it took for me but i know that i had to keep my cpu on at night.But i'm happy that i saw the movie.

Yeah, I started DL it about 6:30pm. Left my computer on all night. woke up the next morning for work about 7am and it was still going. about 10am I took my 15 min break. Since I live 2 min away, I went home to find it done.

It wasn't the best movie i saw but overall i'd say it was good.

The 'blockbuster hitness' is also impossible, because it was only relased in 8 cinemas in Japan.

If you're going to make outrageous claims, at least back them up with links to reputable websites.

Yeah, it would make more sense to release it on November 29th , because releasing it during the holiday season would probably make it sell faster.
