Thanks. what is the source of this release?
when tested, shows a mix of upscaling mp3 tracks, but not the losless version
What do yo mean by upscaling in regards to music [compression?]?
Is an upscaled audio file a track that was somehow compressed but later on converted to another format- a one that can contain higher quality [less compression audio?] Like changing [compressed] MP3 to [lossless] FLAC? Is that what upscaling means?
Or does the upscaling mean the audio was somehow reworked and gained higher frequencies, that are not really a music but some fake sounds or whatever, put in the file just to deceive the people reeving such files?
Thanks. what is the source of this release?

Please read this discussion:
https://community.mp3tag.de/t/can-spectrogram-lie-about-audio-quality/17591 there are some examples evoked in it. The conclusion that can be drawn from there is this: unless you have access to original master tapes / recording, you cannot really tell if the music was compressed [and at what point]. There are official [even remastered] releases, which still can be detected as compressed ones; and different sofware can show different results
