WHAT IS THIS?
Nathan McCree is famously known for composing the Tomb Raider soundtracks. He was brought in to create music for this lesser-known sci-fi action hovertank shooter BLAM! Machinehead. And both the game and the music are brilliant. A melodic breaksy techno-trance style which he never used anywhere else.
One of my goals with this endeavor is to present to the community well-mastered Original Sound Version / OST music of the greatest soundtracks video gaming has to offer. Many of the tracks were lacking in low end and were very mid-centric. I have added some sympathetic mastering as usual and appended two bonus tracks that were only available on the very limited vinyl release of the soundtrack, and the also rare "Saturn Sampler" CD included with an issue Mean Machines magazine.
Note: The last two tracks are sourced from MP3s because I simply cannot find lossless copies of them anywhere. If you can help me with this then I can replace these tracks with remastered copies of lossless versions. Further, "Devolve" seemed to have issues with loss of sound and treble in its left channel throughout its second half. It's impossible to fix this perfectly but I have restored it as best I can.
