Disc 1: 1-21 (NES FF1), 22-44 (NES FF2), 45-65 (MSX2 FF1)
Disc 2: 1-35 (WSC FF1), 36-61 (WSC FF2)

Consider the FF Origins OST to be discs 3 and 4. I may edit said discs a little and include them for the heck of it, but I'm not sure yet.
