I have a question, I heard somewhere that with Action Replay you can trick your American PS2, GC, or Xbox into thinking it is either Japanese, or European. Is this true?

No, unfortunately you need to have your PlayStation2 or Xbox modded for that - however, what you heard about the GameCube is true. It's not called an Action Replay (I actually forget what it's called) but there's an equivalent that lets you play any region games in your Cube.

P.S. Tsugaru is an awesome song in DDR.

But the current going through the console would be all wrong, it'd fry your ps2 in an instant!

What?

Do you even understand the question that's being asked? By making a console play games from other regions doesn't actually change the amount of power going through; that has nothing to do with it =/

All it does is remove the region checking when the game starts.
