This what I see when I hit the smiley button in the advanced editor. There's no way to close it or scroll through it.

Yeah it's broken. You can just make it go away by selecting some image to use and then removing it from your post. You can find a list of smilies here though. (http://forums.ffshrine.org/misc.php?do=showsmilies)
