Discos Like this, what can I say... Most likely not only my favorite Music Library set, but also one of my favorite albums period. If you love the funky, jazzy orchestrations seen often in 1970's TV opening themes, then my friends this one is just for you.
Upon doing research, this one seems to be a re-release of a much older vinyl record but with more meat added to it. Jack Trombey's additions steal the show here, especially with Catwalk Kitten and Living Free ... Sex to my ears. The two Reg Tilsley tracks are also stellar.
Frank McDonald and Chris Rae's material, 50/50 personally. But none a bad, far from in fact. The Jam and Pulsar stand out in particular.
I absolutely recommend you add this one, as it is a step above what one would expect from Production music.
