In Esthas shopping center theres 6 shops to choose from, but the last one (cheryls store) is never open. Is it ever open? or is it just there to hold the space? hints, any one?

Keep trying to enter it. After a while of getting 'Sorry, we're closed' messages, you'll eventually get a free gift; a Rosetta Stone (you can only get one from there, however).

If you go there during the Lunatic Pandora invasion, you'll get it the first time you enter.

Rosetta Stones are totally worth it! For doing practically nothing you can get an item to teach a gf "ability x4"...

yeah. it gives rare items and opens very rare also.

I think, you also get other items there, but the rosetta stone is the most important one. ;)

i don't know. maybe, but it opens very rare. after i got the rosetta stone during the lunatic pandora invasion, i visited it again several times and it never opened.

As far as I remember, yes, it does. Just go there, every time you visit Esthar. Sooner or later it'll give you something.
