Well, I'd like it sometimes, but only sometimes. I mean, the FF worlds are not always the best. There are monsters everywhere, or war etc. I wouldn't want that.
But the landscapes, the characters, the way they get dressed etc. .... yes, I'd love that. :)

Also i like balamb town alot it's sow peaceful and sunny.

I think it would be fantastic, I'd love to run around fighting mosters and casting spells. I'd definately be in the FFVII world. Though I can see one draw back to this idea. Who would remember to come out of V.R for food and sleep! :laugh: or do you think they'd have I.V drips and stuff

Imagine being able to do all the things like FF. If it was some kind of Matrix style hookup, where you got nurished, while still being in the game. Imagine being able to meet Cloud, Squall, Tidus, or any others. I agree that it would be awsome to be able to get to know them. To be able to chat with Aeris, Rinoa, Yuna, or Rikku, and just be normal, or possibly have something more between you. Only thing is, I would want it to be an MMORPG. That way you don't have two guys bragging about dating Yuna, and two girls also bragging about dating Cloud. Also, if VR ever is real, PLEASE put part of the programming so that the characters are all straight, and you are the same gender as in real life. Otherwise it could get kinda screwed up.... :eye: AUGH!Horrible mental image. XP

I'm never good with people's names. So walking up to someone with their name flowting above their head would be hella cool.

Honestly i can see the idealistic side to it but i mean c'mon it would be another useless port of final fantasy and who could imagine running in the same spot and swinging your pretend sword??

If they were to do it you would want to be sat back in a chair and immersed into the digital world...but then again that takes the action away by not moving...I dont think we need virtual reality to enjoy anything.
I prefer the cinematic style used to make the games today

besides there is supposed to be a line between reality and fantasy people need to remember that these are general entertainment games and it does not have to be so real to acheive anything...
