no, i sold like all my accessories cuz they do no good, i only use the importnt ones. and i still have 100% completion, but i think it was a glitch, cuz i beat the game, and i didn't get to see the "secret video" so i just DL it offline. haha.

Accessories, items, spheres, Garment Grids --- none of it has anything to do with completion percentage. Sometimes you may get an accessory, or a sphere, or something else as part of completing a mission or a scene, but only completing specific dialogue events relates to your completion percentage. That's why it's important not to skip scenes when trying for completion points --- it's letting the scene actually play out that earns your the percentage points. As for accessories --- some of them you can buy only in shops, and that has nothing to do with completion.

Actually, if you think about it, there are some more things you have to do other than missions and talking to people, like sleeping in the cabin on the Celsius during every chapter.

You mean the Calm Lands games? You don't have play any of those to get 100%, although you do have to complete the publicity campaign. Well, maybe not if you don't get 100% all in one go and manage to compensate with additional percentage by doing the opposite group in a New Game Plus. What people don't seem to get about completion percentage is that what adds points is unique, spoken dialogue.
