I do know one of the new 3.45 tracks is actually Fog of Phantom by Hitoshi Sakimoto from Tactics Ogre ~ Let Us Cling Together which is fittingly one of the Palace of the Dead tracks (this was hinted back on the 3.4 trailer and confirmed in the patch notes). I'm not sure what the other new tracks are though.
