Note: I just discovered these scores the other day and quickly I fell for them enough to do a deluxe edition. Unlike many of my deluxe editions, I broke chronology on occasion to improve flow. Also I have yet to see the films so until I can post a better tracklist, I simply named the tracks by their cue numbers. Both scores are packaged together. Enjoy!

If you want my honest opinion, I love when he scores foreign films. There's a wealth of emotional variety in his foreign compositions (Vikaren, Mesrine Pts. 1 & 2, etc.) that aren't played out as well in his American scores. I factor Mimic & Don't Be Afraid of the Dark in as foreign productions as they were helmed by Spanish director Guillermo del Toro, with the technicality that they were handled by an American cast, crew and production company.

That's not to downplay some of the amazing American music he's written. He's an amazing artist no matter which nation he's scoring for, I am just more inclined to listen to something he composes for a non-US film.
