The Catcher In the Rye will be hard. My actor who'd play Holden Caulfield I would want to be an up-and-comer. Not someone popular who everyone knows. Not someone who's jaded. Someone who's still a little naive.

Others I've been wanting to be remade/updated/revived for years now: Dr. Jekyl & Mr. Hyde and Lost Horizon. Tim Burton would be perfect for Jekyl & Hyde and Steven Spielberg would be perfect for Lost Horizon. But anyway:

I enjoyed Michael Shannon's performance so much in the first one.
His enunciation and articulation of words was soothing to the ear and satisfying to a vocal point and the throught process was precise.
His physical strength was matched only by his suave skills of speech.
A supervillain worthy of ruling the planet (if he didn't want to destroy it first).

The resurrected shell that is Doomsday is an apt description of transformation.
Indeed we all transform.

And although his speech was lost, he had the potential to communicate fluently about his new thought process.
Were it not for the Kryptonite spear.
Although the victory was minor and short lasting, there is still a satisfying feeling that makes the heart skip a beat when you know you've utterly destroyed your opponent's love interest and temporarily killed a false god.
The momentary lapse of disjointed hope is enough to shake the earth in a psychological wave that reminds everyone that even gods can die.

Not to mention I get the coolest set of speakers for the entire planet.

It seems like Peter's (Clonemaster) life has taken a turn for the best, especially when he plans to purpose to his dream girl, MJ (Ponyo). However, his unresolved conflict with Harry (Hunter) remains in the air, as he plans to avenge his father once and for all. Plus, comes the rise of new foes: Sandman, a man desperately trying to cure his daughter, and Venom, someone far more powerful than before. Will Peter be able to deal with all this before things get rockier with MJ?
