Settings Edit Avatar then Use the Image You Want.

Go to the settings tab located at the right hand top of the screen.
On the left you will see a series of settings...select "edit avatar".
Select option 2 - "Upload Image From Your Computer", click "browse" button and select an image you want to use.
The maximum size is 125x125 pixels but it usually scales the image for you.
