My favorite recordings 4 last songs: Janowitz, Karajan and Schwarzkopf, Szell old guard, newer recordings Harteros, Jansons and Fleming, Thielemann. Norman and Masur take all a bit to slow, german language is a little complicated to sing for not germans :O) But (american) Fleming sings without accent. Norman stretches the vocals like chewing gum but she has a nice voice. Masur has slower tempi than Celebidache in his later recordings ;O)
Anyway...this is new remastered so thanks a lot for sharing.
