And…he's baaaack.
Full title: Gauguin in Tahiti: The Search for Paradise.
Apparently this doc won an Emmy. It is, however, not to be found on IMDb.

The title seemed too long for the subject line, but I should have added it to the description.
I thought the Emmy list was just nominations because there were 7 titles, but I guess they all won:

Pretty sure this board has a "no boobie" policy :)
If it counts, I was a giant boobie for originally posting the cover with Gauguin's name spelled incorrectly. I quickly changed it and re-upped it before anyone noticed.
BTW, the music is great. How lucky are we that these obscure treasures are being dusted off and allowed to live and breathe like this?

Fabulous! I'm shocked at how, within the span of about a month, I've gone from being aware of (and mildly interested in) Gerald Fried's work to being immensely excited by each new offering. Seriously, I do not understand how his music has not received greater attention from the various companies releasing film scores.

Isn't that the truth! An amazing composer with such diversity, and he's still composing! Brilliant! Thanks again for another gem.
