Exploring with new arrangements the music of the modal system. Based on scales which dominated European music for 1,000 years: from approximately 400 to 1500 and strongly influenced composers for one hundred years.

In earlier times, music was known as �music of the spheres.� A pagan notion still applied, and the Pythagorean belief in numbers satisfied the need for symbols. The seven notes of the scale expressed pitches produced by the revolving of the seven planetary spheres�. The music is timeless. The old becomes new, the new becomes old. Melodies never end, they only lead to the next passage�
